Power Out in Marina, Repairs Underway
A power outage near the marina affected customers beginning early Thursday morning.

About 40 customers are without power near the marina and crews are working to restore power to the area, according to information from Southern California Edison.
The outage began Wednesday night at 11:18 and was the result of a downed power line, according to David Song of Southern California Edison. At that time, about 4,000 customers were without power.Â

"But within about 15 minutes, we had most people back up," Song said.
Power is expected to be restored around 4 p.m. Thursday, an alert from the power supplier said.
