MARINA DEL REY, CA -- Allen Loeb, producer of the upcomming film, "Collateral Beauty," has put his ocean-front penthouse in Marina Del Rey on the market for $3.695 million.

The 2,300-square-foot beachfront home, designed by Los Angeles-based Irish architect Lorcan O'Herlihy, was bought by Loeb in 2013 for $2.75 million.

The penthouse anchors the northwest corner of a nine-unit, three-story condo complex. It features a double-height living room, a stone fireplace and two-story windows that open to the terrace with an unobstructed view of the beach.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home also has a sleek kitchen with a peninsula snack counter. The master bedroom features an oceanfront balcony. At the other end of the house, there is a rooftop terrace with a raised fire pit and an outdoor kitchen.

Loeb produced the 2010 Jennifer Aniston romantic comedy, "The Switch." He also wrote the screenplay for her 2011 film, "Just Go With It."
