Martinez Youth Baseball & Softball Spring 2016 registration

Wednesday October 22, 2015 from 7pm to 9pm and Tuesday November 17, 2015 from 7pm to 9pm.

at Alhambra High School Commons. Registration cost is $150.00 per player, after November 17th cost is $175.00.

Boys ages 4-15 as of August 31, 2016 and Girls ages 4-16 as of December 31, 2016
