Ice Cream Social at the CCC History Center!
Stop by for a scoop and a tour, Saturday July 21 from 12pm-2pm, as we celebrate National Ice Cream Day and summertime in CoCo County.
The Contra Costa County Historical Society is hosting an Ice Cream Social to celebrate National Ice Cream Day and summertime in Contra Costa County.
What better way to celebrate summertime in CoCo County than with a summertime favorite such as Ice Cream. From Richmond in the West, to Brentwood & Oakley in the East, to San Ramon in the South - the big beautiful County we reside in is a great place to enjoy summer activities.

National Ice Cream Day - did you know? On July 9, 1984, President Ronald Reagan signed Proclamation 5219 designating July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday as of the month as National Ice Cream Day.
When: Saturday, July 21 - 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Where: Contra Costa County History Center, 724 Escobar Street, Martinez
Details: RSVP is not required. Parking is free on Saturdays. $5 suggested donation at the door.
