It's a TRAP created by the Contra Costa County Legal System to perpetrate their heinous Network Terrorism on people they profile so they can steal their property and carry-out their Guerrilla warfare. The people listed above, but not limited to, are being hunted for their money and by calling to report violations, especially based on news reports and public notices, it is intended to clandestinely entice unsuspecting people who care. People who care are in extreme danger here because of the orders by the Catholic Church Vatican for their people and their recruits to steal, maraud, torture, terrorize, alienate and destroy their life and life savings, or even perpetrate unnecessary services and steal their property that you will never be able to regain through the legal system or process. And instead, they will apply their slow and methodical "Death sentence", or ambush you to "Final Solution". Notice: If you make complaints in person, you will be profiled for physical reasons, such as, your skin color, your shoes, the car you drive, your hair style and your attire. If it's a hot day and you are wearing weather appropriate clothing, such as shorts or a tank top, the police will nefariously follow you and sabotage your business transactions, and your electronic communications because they actually believe that you need to be punished for your clothing that you bought at the store and is legal.
