Judges practice their Catholic upbringing in Court: A Cruel Trap

Contra Costa County Legal System practices cruel, inhumane and degrading acts just like the Roman Catholic Church

We need to expose their evil deeds and restore our judicial system

My original Patch commentary, "Justices and Judges practicing their Catholic upbringing in Court is Outrageous" (Click here for commentary), was posted on August 23, 2016. When I first posted it, I received 15 "Likes". That's a strong message and positive support for a novice writer who is fighting civilly for our community to receive decent, civil, and humane treatment by our judicial and legal system, and law enforcement. A Hater Hacker, most likely someone from the government or influenced by their uncivil, insidious and ill-intended efforts to stop me, took the "Likes" away, and now I see, changed the font size of my text too.

Unbeknownst to me until after I discovered that I was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and PTSD in August of 2016 and attempted to correct my record, the judges had went into every aspect of my life, including my sex life to completely demoralize me, metaphorically RAPE me, physically harm me, and annihilate me. They maliciously destroyed my simple and quiet life, my livelihood, they took my home, my beloved dogs, my business, my part-time employment, stole and damaged my personal property, sabotaged my attempts to get medical and mental health services, even buying produce, but not limited to, and they knew they were causing my health to deteriorate and that their vile acts were so pervasive and relentless it resembled mafia-style, cult-like, commie-Naziism where officials don't want their target(s) to have property and human rights, but use torture tactics (for example, they forced me on a drug to make me fat) and perpetrated psychological warfare to obliterate me in their retaliatory case, People v Mink (Click here to read petition). They are hoping that I will commit suicide. But their efforts are not working because I don't believe in suicide. They want you to think my investigative reporting is a rant and because they know that I am exposing their cruel court and legal system.

These are not the only horrible acts perpetrated against me in an effort to stop me from seeking justice for myself, my beloved Chinese Pug, Elvira, whose neck was wrung, twisted, or strangulated, any of these words will suffice, by the subject veterinary practice in my 2008 lawsuit, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc., et al (Click here to read petition), and the other medically tortured pets and their traumatized people (click here for website with list of other court cases). They want you to believe that me talking about this case is me rambling.

We are demanding that the debauched, debased, and corrupt judges, justices, attorneys, District Attorneys and Sheriff Department officials and employees, including doctors for lying to Social Security, and Veterans Affairs doctors too, and anyone else who went along with their terrorism be indicted and convicted for committing court crimes, Fraud, Destruction of a Witness, Obstruction of Justice, and lying to Social Security, Perjury, Witness and Evidence Tampering, but not limited to. Action to fruition! Justice for Perri, Elvira, and the other victims!

I'm seeking that my cases be heard and that my settlements be decided according to facts as true, evidence and laws, and that we unite together as a community in words and actions and a Peacefully Coexisting Community & Memorial Park be established where victims, community neighbors, visitors, civil leaders, government officials and employees pay solace, encourage decency and kindness, and address the real issues in our community, as disturbing as they are as thousands of unsuspecting people who need court services, government employees(slaves), innocent animal pet patients and their traumatized people need acknowledgement, and a peaceful and safe gathering place where communications about this horrific court trap can exist.

If Judge Barbara Zuniga and Commissioner Judith Sanders did their job in 2008, they would have immediately(In the Instant - legal term) instructed me to acquire an attorney on a contingency basis with the court's blessings because as evidenced I was injured physically, and emotionally, experienced work loss, the veterinary practice maliciously damaged my pristine credit rating after the culprits destroyed me financially by perpetrating a heinous fraud scheme and running an illegal dog lab resulting in damages to my beloved pet property(legal term).

As you read my case(s), the following articles, watch the documentaries, and examine these cases together, you will discover the same horrific acts being committed in our judicial and legal system, and law enforcement agencies and beyond, are instigated and perpetrated by Catholics and those they influence in our government legal system. "That Court also stated that Section 455(a) "requires a judge to recuse himself in any proceeding in which her impartiality might reasonably be questioned." Taylor v. O'Grady, 888 F.2d 1189 (7th Cir. 1989). In Pfizer
Inc. v. Lord, 456 F.2d 532 (8th Cir. 1972), the Court stated that "It is important that the litigant not only actually receive justice, but that he believes that he has received justice.", "The Supreme Court has also held that if a judge wars against the Constitution, or if he acts without jurisdiction, he has engaged in treason to the Constitution. If a judge acts after he has been automatically disqualified by law (which is the case for the subject judge, Barbara Zuniga), then he is acting without jurisdiction, and that suggest that he is then engaging in criminal acts of treason, and may be engaged in extortion and the interference with interstate commerce.", and "...EVERY case which has had fraud involved can be re-opened AT ANY TIME, because there is no statutes of limitations on fraud.", quotes from Fraud upon the court (Click here for article).

In my commentary, "Justices and Judges practicing their Catholic upbringing in Court is Outrageous" (Click here for article), I listed several horrific sex abuse cases committed by priests here in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area that have spiritually, physically and mentally destroyed hundreds and hundreds of people, probably hundreds and hundreds of thousands, over decades and decades that include secret plotting to perpetrate offensive sexualizing endeavors, torture and degradation of their targets, cover-ups, minimalizing, mocking, demoralizing, and causing further destruction and destruction in my life too. The U.S. Catholic influenced government has downplayed and degraded my investigative reporting and has vehemently and through physical threats and actions attempted to sabotage my efforts in seeking justice for over a decade. The following is extensive research and personal testimony of the terrorism I have endured that reveals the uncivilized, barbaric Roman Empire Catholic Church culture in our legal system.

United States Catholic Cruelty:

Concord, California, U.S. Catholic Cruelty

I posted the news article about the 3 students who were sexually abused while attending the all boys Catholic high school, De La Salle, in Concord, California. There was a $6.3 million settlement for the victims. The torture these young men endured by trusted people caused lifetime harmful effects and they need to heal properly. (I recently FB posted a spliced microfiche copy of the Contra Costa Times Special Report, "Deal exposes dark chapter from De La Salle's history", January 23, 2005, "Alleged molestations have left lasting scars" (Click here for Bishop Accountability post of this news article). There are probably hundreds and hundreds of thousands of victims that we don't know about who grew up to be abusers. This is a difficult subject to talk about because abusers are in denial and retaliate.

San Francisco Bay Area, U.S. Catholic Cruelty:

"These orders, operating independently from the diocese, saw the same widespread problems of abuse, denials and cover-ups that plagued the diocese itself.", and "The Salesians are not terribly interested in fixing it. The core issue is their whole culture and being in denial about any sexual abuse at all," Perry said. "Weeding out a couple of predators after the fact is not the answer. It's all denial, denial, denial.", quotes from East Bay Times, April 2008 news article, "Abuse was common in religious orders" (Click here for article).

The Salesians of St. John Bosco's and the De La Salle Christian Brothers are Catholic religious orders. "Religious orders are part of the Catholic Church family, but they operate independently. The orders within the Oakland Diocese that had priests accused of abuse — including the Salesians, Franciscans, Dominicans, Jesuits, Christian Brothers and six others — do not answer directly to the Bishop of Oakland, as diocesan priests do.", as stated in the article. They go to great lengths and create a difficult and secret accountability and action system, similar to the denials, confusions, scare tactics, and psychological degradation and annihilation created and acted-out by the Contra Costa County legal system where police told me my case(s) were out of their jurisdiction, where I'm being discouraged and threatened from speaking about the heinous and cruel acts(terrorized, police entered my home without cause, illegally arrested, kidnapped, held captive, I was told to spread my legs during a pat down and to spread them further, food deprivation(while wrongfully incarcerated they kept peanut butter from me, one of the only foods I could eat), I was forced to Napa State Hospital where I was forced and threatened to take a drug I did not need, I was denied medical care for a physical injury sustained while wrongfully incarcerated, slandered, libeled, my 820(reg)/802(auto) credit score ruined, my life destroyed; they took my home, truck, destroyed my business and my part-time employment, childhood property(vintage items), stole my personal property, damaged my antique historical French and Belgium furniture, and my beloved fuzzy family stripped from me). These vile acts were and still are committed by the judges, justices, set-up appointed attorney, court doctors, sheriff deputies, Concord, Walnut Creek, and Martinez Police, VA employees and those they influenced to terrorize, harass, deny me medical and mental health services by intercepting and sabotaging my appointments, sabotaged and damaged my vehicle so I can't drive it, mocking and attempts at harming me in the community while using the bus, walking to take care of errands, purposely undermining my efforts to consume vegetables, and trying to obliterate me so I won't get support and help seeking justice and achieving justice for me, Elvira, and the other victims of the veterinary practice by sabotaging my right to attorney representation. They hacked into my petition and stopped it from going viral, they closed it, disabled the donate button, changed my text, and removed my updates. They are preventing me from posting my website and story on craigslist, claycord, and interfering with my purchases on amazon, eBay, offerup, and using PayPal, and my credit union. Other entities that have participated in their cruel, inhumane and degrading acts are: State Farm Insurance, Contra Costa County Historical Society, NAMI Contra Costa, Martinez Senior Center (and T.O.P.S. - Take Off Pounds Sensibly), United States Post Office, Contra Costa County Housing Authority, Martinez Police, Swords to Plowshares, Delta Veterans Group, Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation, Contra Costa County Regional Medical Center, Berkeley Free Clinic, HUME, CK Auto Repair, County Connection Bus, Loaves and Fishes soup kitchen, PayPal, eBay, Amazon, Chewy, Starbucks, DMV(Department of Motor Vehicles), Microsoft, and more. I noticed in the community, like at the T.O.P.S. group at the Martinez Senior Center, that they were ignoring me and responding bizarre to my questions and even had a man participate in the group telling inappropriate sexual talk, then asking me if I wanted a ride home as I walked towards my home. My landlord through Section 8 Housing and the VA HUD VASH Program called me a tease. Veterans that I knew through the VA PRRC program were talking to me in confusing communications, and the County Connection bus drivers were putting me and other passengers in danger. What I am listing here is just a small example of all the harassment, false accusatory sexualizing insults, dangerous retaliatory actions and inappropriate information with Provident Credit Union in dealing with their intentionally confusing and changing transaction amounts on my online banking.

Indiana, U.S. Convent Catholic Cruelty:

"Even worse than food deprivation, my mother would later recount, was the lack of medical care.",... "“Sisters who said they were sick were treated like they were making things up to get attention,”"... and, "Her pleas for medical care fell on deaf ears.", quotes from Jezebel, Gizmodo Media Group, November 2015 article, "Nun Abuse: How My Mother, A Former Nun, Suffered at the Hands of 'The Good Sisters'" (Click here for article), and "In an effort to silence my mother and what the convent called her “nervous habits,” the punishments grew, my mother would tell me, “more severe.” This is exactly how the women in the legal system operate. Judge Barbara Zuniga, Commissioner Judith Sanders, Presiding Judge Mary Ann O'Malley, Public Defender Robin Lipetzky, set-up attorney Jane Elliot, Judge Clare Maier, Judge Diana Becton,...and the court doctors and interns, and even certain VA employees degraded my physical, mental and spiritual being. They punish for no rationale reason, they create hardships, wreak havoc, they lie, and they demoralize. And as the victim nun's daughter explains her communication with family and friends were scrutinized and sabotaged and mail was intercepted by the "presiding Superior Mother", and that part of her "died behind those convent walls.". This is one of many Catholic M.O.'s - breaking one's good spirit. These abusive, defiant, and spiteful women in government killed my good and positive spirit too where I used to be able to heal people, meaning my positive energy created positive environments that led to healthy environments. The women operating the Behavioral Health Court program(BHC was the option to getting out of jail that the set-up attorney arranged.) would blurt out strange comments insinuating that we should not be interested in the opposite sex, the doctor made bizarre responses and criticized me for wanting to attend church, to building friendships and companions, then we were encouraged to get together with friends on the weekends, maybe movies, lunch..., then if a patient's/client's efforts were to interact with the opposite sex, in some cases, they were shunned and outcast, literally. I was even questioned in a downtrodden manner as to why I was sitting on a city bench, resting, in downtown Martinez. During the VA PRRC(Veterans Affairs Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center) program, they were encouraging us to participate in "Leisure Planning" group, "get-together", and attending their annual Friends Picnic, and holiday lunches, then they treated me as if I'm a sex offender and they stole my original art work from the Art Group I attended regularly, knowing that I was amicable with my medical and mental healthcare team and fellow veterans; they wouldn't allow me to talk about what happened for reporting purposes, and so there is no documentation of the illegal acts perpetrated by the court in my VA medical records except my own reports to the Patient Advocate(s) who eventually shut-down my "VA Secure Messaging" so that I could not email them seeking help, truth, and rightful services. Neither entities behaved rationale or mentored.

U.S. Convent Catholic Cruelty

In Sister Charlotte's, "Dark secrets of the Catholic Church; Ex-nun Confesses" (Click here for YouTube video),
she reveals the heinous, cruel, inhumane and degrading acts, which includes human-trafficking perpetrated on the young nuns by priests and Mother nuns. The Catholic hierarchy uses religious beliefs and Christian terms to perpetrate their insidious acts on the vulnerable, the young, the unsuspecting... which is exactly the same horrific behavior as to how the judges, justices, court doctors and others perpetrate their abuses on unsuspecting litigants and people who need government services.

Excerpts from my FB post on Sister Charlotte's confession:

"I knew about stripping children naked in schools. As I've mentioned before the families must sign over their property to the church. The church teaches that people DO NOT HAVE PROPERTY RIGHTS, which is against the law in the US. We are separation of church and state. Get Catholics out of US Government!!!

From confession: nuns were not allowed to have friends..., but to work against each other..., this nun was locked in a coffin, nuns lived in cells, they were tied up..."

"It gets much worse for these convent nun girls; this nun was flagullated (spelling correction: flagellated) with no care for wounds afterwards, these nun girls were told that their bodies were for the Priests who are the Holy Ghost, the Priest would go into the nun's cell and "maul"(from confession)(I say rape), the Priests were drunk and the Mother would drink with the Priests, after about 4 or 5 hours after the baby was born the Mother would snuff the baby's life and kill the babies.(I have mentioned this before that Catholic's behave in a manner with malice and hatred to destroy their target, even kill, as what these Catholic judges/Justices/Commissioners are/have been doing to me. This confession explains how Catholics want to make people suffer, and how they teach others to make people suffer."

Sister Charlotte goes on to say that they belong to Rome. They are completely controlled and made into mechanical objects. This is how the judges, justices, law enforcement, court doctors, VA employees and those they influenced and treated me.

When I was wrongfully incarcerated the judge kept me in jail for as long as possible which was one year or if they convicted me as a felon they threatened me with 3 years. They also threatened to keep me indefinitely at Napa State Hospital for mental incompetence. My back was in excruciating pain and the jail medical staff referred me and made an appointment with the county hospital to get it checked to see what was going on. Monday was my appointment, and as usual I was told to go to court - it was really an ill-intended activity to deny my medical care and cause me more deterioration. They kept sending me to court on Monday and the judge would say I was going to get out, but unbeknownst to me, they knew they weren't going to let me out sooner, and I would go back to court on Monday. You can not miss going to court. Going to court was not a simple task; rushed breakfast of unhealthy food, patted down before leaving the unit, marched to waiting area, shackled and lead to inmate bus with hard seats and caged areas. Once we arrived at court, we were unshackled and put into a small room with 3 hard benches and a metal toilet in a small area that did have a door. That "bull pen" was a horrible place to be. Sometimes you were there all day and never saw the judge, called a "dry run" by the inmates trying to give each other supportive comments. But really, the judge was playing a sick and ill-intended psychological game to hurt you physically, mentally and spiritually to break you down. We were supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but we were treated as scum-of-the-earth. There were other innocent people there; a woman who helped a homeless man, or people who committed petty crimes, like stealing a candy bar. Compare that to a judge who is stealing $200,000.00 per year from tax-payers, committing perjury, destroying documents and evidence, destroying a witness, and obstructing justice. By almost a year of being tortured and held captive, I was in a wheel chair at times and other inmates were helping me get around, even carrying me to the metal cot.

Both the BHC and VA PRRC women directors minimized my ruptured disk(s). I was on 4 pain medications and using a walker most of the time, but doing my best not to. I was told(threatened) that I couldn't be in the BHC program if I was going to be that way; I was bent over. I was told to stand straight, but I couldn't most of the time for about six months. The VA PRRC director behaved as if nothing was wrong with my back, as if I were lying. I had terrible Anxiety and PTSD triggers and the VA would never treat me for it. I discovered in August of 2016 that I was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and PTSD during the Court Cruelty, but I didn't know because they withheld that information from me. Sometime after the third-party testing through BHC, I was told I should get into a DBT program that I was not made clear about through the VA, however, no one followed through with the recommendation and I was refused. I also requested that the VA enter the Anxiety Disorder and PTSD into my record and instead of rightful record keeping, I was degraded, mocked, and lied about in a harsh manner which was directed at me by my eye doctor and psychiatrist, and the supervisor of the day over the phone, by my psychologist, nurse, and among them, without my knowledge, per my medical records; They even knew back in 2005 that I was "Positive PTSD Screening" result by my Primary Care Physician(PCP), and they still did nothing to help me.

Central California, U.S. Catholic Cruelty

Father Oliver O'Grady admitted that he "spent as much time grooming victims as he did being a priest. And he was a priest for over 30 years. Spending every waking hour planning abuse, executing abuse, thinking about abuse.", quote from this film documentary, "Deliver Us From Evil", 2005 (Click here for tubi tv). This documentary is an excellent source that exposes the legal aspects of the Roman Catholic Church as well as the control over the parishioners using religious practices that have moved away from the early practices of The Way of Jesus. Fr. Tom Doyle, Canon Lawyer and Historian, who testified for many victims of clergy abuse said, "...the earliest church communities, it wasn't controlled by the clergy, it was breaking of bread and passed around by... to believe in people as a symbol of Christ's presence, spiritual presence among us. But then it's become controlled, in many ways, and politicalized..." And Patrick Wall, Theologian, states, "The power of the Eucharist is what the church has held over people." John Manly, attorney for the Jyong family said, "The church teaches the only way to salvation is through the church. If you're not in communion with the church, you're damned to hell, and it's not without God hell, it's fiery brimstone hell for eternity." This is part of the Catholic brainwashing process that makes Catholic parishioners vehemently and mafia-like tactically defensive. The documentary expands on the Catholic Bishop Conference that knew there was a national crisis of clergy sex abuse on a massive scale and they "squelched the record and went back to their Diocese and carried on as before." "From the 4th century, married priests, when died, inheritance went to the oldest son. Institutionalized church leaders desiring to stop this practice mandated celibacy so that when the priests properties had to pass after he died, it would go to the bishop or church.", quote from Tom Doyle in the film. The Roman Catholic Church's basic belief is that people's property belongs to the church. For example; their no-property-rights-teachings are acted out at children's birthdays and Christmas with their presents being taken away, or being blamed for someone else who damaged your toy(s). That teaching, that belief, that core value becomes actions of those exposed to that teaching and they infiltrate into government offices, the legal system, businesses, neighborhoods, public schools, medical and mental healthcare, and other entities outside of the church, and that mental-state becomes actions and destroys unsuspecting people's lives and it needs to stop. At the end of the film, quotes, "Over 100,000 victims of clergy sexual abuses have come forward in the U.S. alone." "Experts say more than 80% of sexual abuse victims never report their abuses." I believe it is more, a lot more. We're talking way over a million people abused by clergy in the U.S.. You can imagine that the reality for the many sexually abused victims by the clergy go on in life as secular, they commit human-trafficking, they abuse their own children, their family members, their neighbors, their co-workers, consumers, medical and mental healthcare patients and clients, and unsuspecting people who need court services and they are destroying innocent people's lives, people who don't practice Catholicism or believe anything remotely close to it.

Boston, Massachusetts, U.S. Catholic Cruelty

"But thousands more church records were released describing new cases of how Law and others expressed more care for accused priests than for victims.", and "...that showed Law had transferred abusive clergy among parish assignments for years without alerting parents or police.", quotes from NBC News, December 2017 news article, "Bernard Law, ex-Boston archbishop disgraced by priest sex abuse scandal, dies at 86", uncovered by The Boston Globe in 2002 and their revelations told in the movie, "Spotlight" (Click here for Netflix movie). In Spotlight, they reveal that victims and their families were discouraged from coming forward about priests committing sex abuse on children. Cardinal Law of the Boston Archdiocese knew about the priest abusers who targeted the vulnerable children from poor families and allowed it to go on on a massive scale. In the movie, the attorney, Mitch Garabedian, for some of the victims stated, "This city, these people, making the rest of us feel like we don't belong." "But they're no better than us." "Look at how they treat their children.", is the same attitude and behavior of Contra Costa County legal system and certain residence. On my FB I had shared my story about my court character reference** by Retired Judge Louis Trent from Louisiana, who said while living in Rossmoor, people would just stare at him and his disabled wife. He said that there was no hospitality here(Rossmoor and surrounding area) and after 6 months they moved back to Louisiana. Although he did say that he wasn't referring to me. Richard Sipe, ex-Catholic, who was instrumental in providing information to The Boston Globe about the priest sex abusers was blackballed by the Catholic Church and in The San Diego Union-Tribune, November 2015 article, "'Hippie ex-priest' put 'Spotlight' on sexual abuse (Click here for article), "...calls Sipe an "angry ex-priest", who uses "the issue of the clergy sex abuse as a means to advance his attack on the Catholic Church, ..." This is the same attitude and bizarre actions, and we see the results, of what the judges did to me and are still doing. The legal system blackballed me for my rightful lawsuit seeking justice because they wanted to keep the abuses perpetrated by the veterinary practice secret. Furthermore, because the owner veterinarian had a history of abusive behavior, sexual endeavors in the work place, and greedy endeavors that resulted in many victims, both animals and their owners, the Contra Costa County legal system's debauched and debased culture retaliated against me. So far they are protecting the offenders. The Catholic Church elevates their conspirators to cover-up criminal behavior and Cardinal Law was reassigned to the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome, one of the highest ranking Roman Catholic churches in the world. I believe it was in the first couple of years, while I was representing myself against Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, the Rossmoor News featured Walnut Creek police officer Duggan on the front page of the newspaper. He was the first person I spoke with when I attempted to report the collection fraud committed by the veterinary practice. He kept talking over me, exasperating me and causing me more distress. I then asked to speak with someone else and he transferred me to his supervisor, Sgt. Cashion, who never took any information for the report, but kept me on the phone for about 40 minutes trying to talk me out of seeking a resolution/justice. I noticed that a few of the archived Rossmoor News papers online have their front pages removed or completely gone from their website (Click here for Rossmoor News website archive).

Wisconsin, U.S. Catholic Cruelty

In Mea Maxima Culpa: Silence in the House of God (Click here for YouTube video), the priest, Father Murphy, targeted the weakest, the ones that couldn't tell... These victims were "deaf children in a school under his control.", quote from another YouTube video description. His grooming sexual questioning of the students is similar to the sexual questionings committed by the Contra Costa County District Attorney Office in job interviews, "...a senior prosecutor grilling new hires about their sexual appetites...", exposed in the East Bay Times, May 2, 2010, "Contra Costa County district attorney's race in shadow of scandal", (Click here for news article). This article exposes the sex culture and sex obsessions by government officials and employees. With their sexualizing endeavors and warped mentality, they can not effectively run the legal system, and my case reflects the cruel, inhumane and degrading acts they perpetrated on me. My case is just one of thousands, hundreds of thousands of cases at all levels where unsuspecting people were trapped into their evil realm and some court victims fled.

In addition, similarly to Fr. Murphy's obsessive abusive endeavors, both the court and veterinarians preyed on the most vulnerable, the sick, and the most unsuspecting. They spent their entire energy on plotting to harm animals, stealing money from their clients and hurting them, and the judges were so obsessed and maliciously relentless in covering-it-up and covering-up their own debauched and debased culture, they lied and slandered litigants and participated and condoned that the veterinary practice's endeavors were to destroy their client's livelihoods and torture their innocent-sentient-being-property because the legal system acknowledge the veterinarians and veterinary personnel as comrades; people they believe to be protected even if their acts are the most vile and evil.

Guam, U.S. Territory Catholic Cruelty

In this August 2017 USA Today news article, "Shattered faith: Nearly 100 sex abuse suits against Catholic priests rock island of Guam", (Click here for news article), boys were targeted for grooming into sex acts, manipulated, fondled, molested, raped, threatened, paid-off, lied about, tortured, and when the victim cried out of distress, the Catholic abuser ramped-up the abuse. In one case, after priest Capeda threw Timothy Shiroma to the Basilica office floor, "...Shiroma began to cry, Cepeda allegedly unzipped a backpack, pushed Shiroma’s head inside and sexually assaulted him.", quote from news article. The article quotes a 14 year old
believing that evils have infiltrated the church. This is not true. The evils of the Roman Catholic church are systemic since their inception. It is their beliefs and teachings of Indulgences(pay the church as penance(outward expression of self-punishement, expects others to be punished, punish them, repeat)), Purgatory(perpetual sin), Confessionals(forgiven for your sins, forgive yourself, keep secret, and commit sins again, go to confession where you are forgiven for your sins, forgive yourself, keep secret, and commit sins again, repeat, and never acknowledge the harm you caused on others), idolizing, practicing rituals(for example, counting beads on the Rosary), presiding Superior Mother and nun role models(could be your own mother), hierarchy priestly and father role models(could be your own dad) as Godly-Jesus and Holy-Mary figures(pretend holy, a facade of Jesus' ways) and punishment for living that encourages evil and discourages acknowledgment of the effects of their evil acts. They do not believe in cause-and-effect which justifies that they commit no wrongs. These evil and learned behaviors become the person, the parishoner, the priest, the judge, the Sheriff, the district attorney, the police chief and that is infiltration where the "father", the "mother" gets jobs in government and wreaks havoc on their co-workers, on unsuspecting people who need services, even on their own family members. They may become ex-Catholics, but they still exhibit the exact same abusive, cruel, inhumane, and degrading behaviors unless they heal themselves, which is not usually the case. They say comments such as, "I'm the judge here!", in a condescending voice. Other bizarre and degrading terms they use are: "Hopey all you want.", "Maybe you'll get lucky.", "Do as I say, not as I do."(hypocrite), "I'm being silly."(snide), "It's just for fun."(entertaining themselves), I’m just doing you a favor.”(making themself feel special), "Whose your accomplice?"(false accusations), "Boo.", "La La La...", "So.", "Finders keepers, loosers weepers.", "I'm God.", "I'm Jesus.", "Jesus wants this for you.", "I didn't get it.", "Be more specific."(when you are already specific), "Don't believe anything she says.", "Wow.", "Blah, Blah, Blah.", "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.", and in secrecy they, "Destroy the documents.", "Destroy the evidence.", "How do we get away with this?", "Change the date.", "Make an appointment for the same time as the other.", "Pretend like you don't know what they are talking about.",... They are snide, spiteful and retaliatory. They will use a sweet voice to set-up their target for failures and hardships. You can see their destructive results.

Washington State, U.S. Catholic Cruelty

In this 2011 religious order settlement for sex abuse victims who were mostly natives of North America, the biggest settlement from a Catholic religious order, which I explained above in the De La Salle Christian Brothers religious order settlement in 2005, is different than the Diocese. The Northwest Jesuit religious order is the largest order in the Roman Catholic church as indicated. Although the article states that their primary focus is education, in reality they are a Roman Catholic militia(terrorists) operating under the order of the Church to destroy Protestants, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, and non-Catholic religions(Reference withheld to protect the innocent) since the year 1540***. Their primary goal is to force unsuspecting people of different beliefs to convert to Catholicism so the Vatican can have control and world control to get money. Their goal is not to peacefully coexist or practice The Way(The Way of Jesus; the Prince of Peace) doctrine. They were abolished in 1773 and reestablished in 1814*** Over 80 countries expelled the Jesuit Order. ""There is a huge number of victims, in part because these Native American communities were remote and vulnerable, and in part because of a policy by the Jesuits, even though they deny it, of sending problem priests to these far-off regions," said Terry McKiernan of bishopaccountability.org,...", quote from The New York Times, March 2011 news article, "Catholic Order Reaches $166 Million Settlement With Sexual Abuse Victims" (Click here for article).

Monterey, California, U.S. Catholic Cruelty

"...institutions conspired against her to protect Dwyer."(culprit). Again, a corrupt, debauched, and debased pattern of abuse and secrecy that correlates with the Contra Costa County legal system and justices who are from this area. Monterey, California is about 2.75 hours drive away from CCC. I'm from Monterey County and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1983 after my duty in the U.S. Navy. It's possible that there are adult children of Catholic clergy and staff sex abuse that are working in the legal system in the Bay Area and abusing unsuspecting people who need services both in government and medical/veterinary/consumer. This is valid questioning and investigative thought process.

There are many, many, many more abusive Roman Catholic priests, nuns, teachers, counselors, and even janitors. Millions of victims never come forward and we must ask a very difficult questions:
How many of those victims become abusers? Overall, Catholic school's staff are abusers in some form because of Roman Catholic beliefs and teachings. Times that by how many children they abused is astronomical. They grow up to abuse even if they are ex-Catholic or Catholic alumni. We need to question why adult Roman Catholic women behave unruly, bizarre and bully other women and men because their acts are destructive. There is a great possibility that they were molested and raped by their father/Father when they were a child. If they tried to get help, most likely they were either/and/or ignored, mocked, gawked at, devalued, humiliated, threatened, and their traumatized self was never tended to. As they grew up they never did enough self-help to mature into decent women and instead lash-out and have outbursts of bizarre behaviors like a childish child and resort to manipulation and perpetrate relentless cruel acts. Another difficult question is: Is there a secret policy within the Vatican walls that encourages sexually deviant endeavors committed by Catholic clergy and staff targeting unsuspecting children because they think it is "clean" sex? (On March 11, 2018 I learned that my investigative thought processes are partly true. I discovered this article, "Some Catholic Priests Sexually Abuse Nuns, Sometimes to Avoid HIV Infection, Report Say", from KHN(Kaiser Health News), March 21, 2001 (Click here for article), exposing that priests think nuns are safe sex targets because they believe they are STD free. Meaning that they won't get a sexually transmitted disease. The article also informs us about the nuns being forced into sex by Priests in order to get certificates and jobs. Another aspect of the Catholic Church abuse of children is the promotion and influence of same sex sexual relationships. The fact that the act is forced would effect the child in adulthood. This is how the women and men in the CCC legal system are operating - forcing their sexual orientation and taking out their aggression on unsuspecting people who need court services. I observed the women officials denying women their legal rights by ignoring, staring down, mocking and downgrading. Based on the documentaries, news articles, docu films, and the CCC legal system, I know the Roman Catholic Church has no intentions of stopping their perpetration of sex abuse and terrorist behaviors from both Catholic men and women and those they influence regardless of what they say in public announcements. The CCC legal system intentionally created a malicious and confusing process to harm people for their own self-gratification and Honor. We need to be knowledgeable in order to heal and create a justice system, and demolish their injustice system.

"...a notorious school for the deaf where hundreds of children are believed to have been sexually assaulted over the years by two dozen priests and religious brothers.", and "Victims and prosecutors say the anal and vaginal rapes, fondling and oral sex allegedly committed by the priests took place in the bathrooms, dorms, garden and a basement at the school in Lujan de Cuyo,..."

Australia Catholic Cruelty

In Australia, Roman Catholic abuses are widespread and the churches dealings are the same as the legal system's heinous dealings in Contra Costa County.

punished. Allegations were not investigated." Priests who had been accused of abuse were moved to other communities that "knew nothing of their past," Furness said. "Documents were not kept or they were destroyed. In comparing with the Contra Costa County Legal System, in their sick and deranged mind, they were punishing me for seeking justice against Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc., et al. They omitted pages 2 and 3 of my 4 page letter as to make it look as though I were a threat. Then, they kept covering-up the facts by lying numerous times in their documents.

"He said the protection of the "institutional church" had become "of all-encompassing importance" to the Catholic hierarchy." "Doyle said that had contributed to efforts to cover up crimes and silence victims.", quote from this February 2017, The Guardian news article, "Catholic church doesn't understand toll of child sex abuse, says US priest" (Click here for article). "The few priests who stood with survivors and victims were sidelined, silenced, or punished by the church, he said.", which is similar to how the police operate here, through retaliation and harassment. Contra Costa County Sheriff David Livingston, during his time as the Concord, California Police Chief, has a history of harassing the victim of sexualizing and physical harassment, and discrimination, and "Capocci also said her personal car had been vandalized after she made a complaint to the department against a "favored male officer."", as reported in SFGate, November 2010 news article, "750K deal in ex-Concord cop's sex-harass suit" (Click here for article). I didn't know that David Livingston was an abuser until he deployed his deputies to follow me and plot secret acts to sabotage my lawsuit against the veterinary practice by intercepting the process service of legal documents. I had to ask my friends and co-workers to help me because the Process Service company I originally used intentionally caused problems for the service as I stated in my legal documents filed in Judge Zuniga's court. I had voted for him thinking that he was a decent person. He was aware of me, as I was acknowledged as a "Good Citizen" by the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department, about 2003, and my support to the Lafayette Police Department during the Christmas season with home-baked holiday cookies for a couple of years. I also sent an anonymous fruit gift basket and had two police departments listed as my beneficiaries to my retirement account that was completely confidential between me and my financial institution. Not only has the cruel government taken my truck, where I paid-off the auto loan, they damaged and sabotaged my classic car in 2017 through a Martinez auto mechanic so that I can not drive it. I paid over four hundred dollars for the said repairs and I have no protection to resolve their malicious attacks as of this writing. And on Friday, March 16, 2018, they shattered the driver's side window.

Certain men and women and through systematic mind-altering-techniques in the judicial system and law enforcement behave strange, bizarre and retaliate against their targeted men and women, people who seek justice, heterosexual women, single women, men who seek truth, evangelicals, children in family court, consumers in civil court, and 95% of the criminally accused do not have rights(I learned that when I was forced to Napa State Hospital and the doctors and staff didn't think there was anything amiss about the inhumanity of being constrained for the purposes of drugging people to learn court procedures.). Just like the Catholic priests, bishops, and presiding Superior Mothers, nuns, and parishioners in their sex-crazed and obsessed thoughts. Their barbaric and uncivilized behavior(s) must end at once, and our judicial system needs to be decent and legitimate.

Nova Scotia, Canada Catholic Cruelty

"Horrific sexual abuser of both boys and girls", quote from reporter in The Fifth Estate, October 2016 documentary, "Betrayal: Abuse in the Catholic Church in Nova Scotia (2010) - the fifth estate" (Click here for YouTube video). Their stories are very disturbing and sad to hear, the trauma continues into their adult lives. The abusers were moved from one location to another to abuse again and again. Excellent information about the laws of the Roman Catholic Church, including the oath of secrecy. Jeff Anderson, lawyer, explains, "It is the corporation of the bishop that is created by the Vatican, and it is the Vatican for whom they answer." The Diocese of Antigonish, Nova Scotia was going to settle with the sex abuse victims in a class action law suit for up to $13 million until Bishop Lahey who publicly announced the settlement was arrested on child pornography charges. Subsequently individual lawsuits were filed against the Diocese. Settlements were up to $18 1/2 million and the local parishes and their parishioners were made to pay for the settlements as decided by the local Diocese, and not to be paid for by the Vatican in Rome. Breaking news: Roman Catholic Church expects local parishioners and local Catholic Churches to pay sex abuse settlements.

In Canada, the Winter Commission traveled to every parish where priests abused children...discovered hierarchy that had ignored, downplayed or covered-up the abuse.", quote from documentary. This same exact method of functioning is replicated in the Contra Costa County legal system. Heinous Catholic behaviors are wreaking havoc on people's lives in the community and throughout U.S. government entities.

Southwestern Ontario, Canada Catholic Cruelty

Pedophile Priest Father Charles Sylvestre was convicted of abusing girls ages 7 to 15, and sentenced to 3 years in prison. He denied his abusive actions and blamed his victims and mocked the investigator by saying, "Well, you want me to start crying and say, "I did it! I did it", from the news documentary,"The Good Father", October 2013, CBC - The Fifth Estate (Click here for YouTube video). He had no boundaries and no remorse. He told his victim, "..., You will go to hell", "Things will happen to your brother as well." And the Bishop had him removed before the police could question him and he was told to pray more. The Church chose secrecy. Documents filed at the church revealed complaints against him prior to 1989 went missing and found after Sylvestre plead guilty to 47 counts of indecent assault in August of 2006. Since the 1970's, there are 11 other convicted pedophile priests from the London, Ontario Diocese. Catholic Scholar Tom Doyle who testified in court on behalf of victims states that "...they(church) have mishandled it on about every possible level,...", and, "There's still a massive amount of defensiveness.", when asked if the Church can change? The Roman Catholic Church government is under the Pope where the Church protects the priest.

As I've explained before, my experiences with Catholics are when asked or questioned about their bizarre, egotistical, unruly, uncivil, and discriminating behaviors, they get more abusive, and retaliatory. It's the same insidious defensiveness they practice in their church and schools, and they practice that cruel behavior in our legal system. They believe in "What I like is right, and what you like is wrong", and that there is no cause and effect. They believe in "Honor", as Honor thyself, and a form of "Honor Killing" where they relentlessly act out their abuses when their selfishness has been exposed and how that exposure of their barbarianism embarrasses the Catholic Church, therefore protect their false image at all cost even by manipulating decision-makers. In the court system the women(and men) blame the women for male-on-female abuses and protect sexually deviant behaviors. They(court officials, gov employees) themselves are sexualizing in the work place, as I proved, they punish the victim(s) and try to shut-them-up, which mirrors the priests, bishops, presiding Superior Mothers, nuns, teachers, counselors, and other Catholics covering-up their abuses. Ex-Catholics behave the same way unless they healed from the heinous Catholic abusive behaviors perpetrated on them. And then their are non-Catholics who are either threatened, paid-off, or are the bully type and go along with their vile plotting and wreak havoc and wrath. They are sadists and they need to be stopped.

Lima, Peru Catholic Cruelty

"...a commission appointed by the Sodalitium itself published over the weekend a devastating 10-page report, documenting an internal culture in which “discipline and obedience to [Figari] were forged on the basis of
extreme physical demands and punishments” as well as “abuses which violated the fundamental rights of people”. The commission, which includes lawyers, psychiatrists and a Peruvian bishop, also reported how Figari’s men sought to attract school-age young people to serve in the Sodalitium apostolate, targeting
white-skinned, wealthy young people who would serve Figari’s every need and whim.

The young men were cut off from their families, bullied, and sexually abused in what the report describes as “an attempt to destroy their individual will”.

Although there were complaints and denunciations, says the report, the leadership failed to act, covering up the abuses in a “complicit silence” over many years.", and "“The method and nature of the formation they have had as a result of Figari has been of a constant psychological abuse of dominating people through violence and threats,” Cipriani said.", quotes from Crux Catholic Media, Inc., April 2017 news article, "Abuse scandal rocks Peru's upper-class Catholic sodality" (Click here for article). The perpetrator, Figari, denied the accusation.

In comparing the horiffic abuses in the Catholic Sodalitium apostolate and the commissions report, I demand that the U.S. Government make public a report as to why the judges, justices, sheriffs, police, set-up attorney, court doctors, and VA employees and others that participated and engaged in bullying me, harassing me, terrorizing me, intentionally destroying my livelihood and property, wrongfully arresting, incarcerating and institutionalizing me, slandering me, libeling me, sexualizing me, physically attacking me in the Section 8 housing complex, and damaging my property, denying me medical and mental healthcare, denying me legitimate attorney representation, and denying me my Constitutional Rights and Human Rights were allowed to commit these prolonged cruel, inhumane, and degrading abuses where I could have died. The abuses are still ongoing. There are no excuses for your denials and delays of justice for me, and the other victims.

They were aggressive before that too. It's Shocking!!!

I, as many others, aren't/weren't aware of who is paying for Catholic sex abuses. Through extensive research to learn and understand why the judges, commissioner, justices, court doctors, and those they influence wouldn't protect me, the prevailing party, in my civil lawsuit, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, and instead criminalized and institutionalized me unlawfully in criminal case, People v Mink, with the ill-intentions to destroy me, physically, mentally, and spiritually by omitting evidence, setting-me-up for failures and hardships knowing that they were secretly plotting retaliation and vengeance against me, is because they are practicing their Roman Catholic upbringing in court. Throughout history the Roman Catholic Church deploys their religious orders to train(educate) and groom(manipulate) Catholics to change the economy for the benefit of the Vatican by influencing young Catholics to take jobs in the legal system, and the latter is another valid investigative questioning thought process. Sabotaging business transactions through fraudulent acts causes the consumer to pay more to correct the problem. And in the legal system, litigant's cases go on for a decade reaping in huge amounts of money for the judges, justices and lawyers.

Even after I discovered that I have Anxiety Disorder and PTSD from psychological test results while I was wrongfully detained and forced into Behavioral Health Court program, they, including the Veterans Affairs doctors and staff, ramped-up their abuses directed at me and further denied me medical and mental health services for what I have. All of their abuses are exactly the same cruel, inhumane, and degrading attacks and annihilation as the abuses perpetrated by the Roman Catholic Church, their religious orders, convents, boarding schools, schools and universities, and churches. The Psychology and Psychiatric Boards and those they control are practicing just like the Roman Catholic Church where they place sex offenders, who are educated, in control, and they make mental health decisions that reflect their personal sexually deviant lifestyle and thoughts, and those warped thoughts create the written perceptions and interpretations of their patients. They ignore Anxiety Disorders and PTSD because no one helped them when they were being molested, sodomized, fondled, mauled, raped, and so on. So their thought is: No one helped me, so why should I help you. And they continue the abusive cycle and ignore, blame, and victimize the victim.

Targeting the victim, the patient, the client, the litigant, the prevailing party, making the victim suffer is a form of punishment in their deranged mind. That uncivil teaching method becomes their follower's beliefs and actions and is taught in order for the Roman Catholic Church to have control and get money through guilt and punishment and the Cruel Court's wicked endeavors are the same.

Cruel Power Players in my case(s):

1. Judge Barbara Zuniga was the judge, along with Commissioner Judith Sanders, who, unbeknownst to me, set-me-up so that I wouldn't receive my rightful settlements during my civil case. Barbara Zuniga, a Mexican Catholic, with "Mexican-born parents", and states on her Contra Costa County Superior Court Profile that she is a "M" for sex, which stands for Male, and that she is a Republican. Her photo is even controversial, as she is smirking. In her profile her childish and Catholic upbringing traits are evidenced as she thinks that making serious, life-changing, decisions for people's lives "is the "fun and interesting" part of her job." Following her profile is an incriminating photo of Judge Barbara Zuniga in a "tabloid" type sexualizing pose that proves that she sexualizes in the work place, and sexualizes women as well. Her behavior is, her court decisions are, her accusation and charge against me that I'm a threat is false. Of my 4 page letter, they(Sherrif's Department, the District Attorney, the set-up appointed attorney, which was through the Public Defender and Criminal Conflict Panel) purposely omitted pages 2 and 3 of which those pages were directed at Judge Barbara Zuniga(posted on my FB). Judge Zuniga instructed to the Sheriff's Department that I was a threat. They are absurd, cruel, inhumane and degrading and they committed violations of the UN Human Rights Treaty bodies Agreements. Barbara is homicidal and she was hoping that I would die. We can see that from the results of her statements and actions.

Comparison case: In this 2006, Cold Case Files crime documentary, segment #2(Unholy Secret), "The Deadly Stroll Unholy Secret" (Click here for YouTube video), Father Gerald Robinson murdered Sister Margaret Ann Pahl in 1980 because he was fed-up with her. He strangled her neck, then he defiled her by systematically stabbing her body in an upside-down cross shape over an alter cloth he placed over her. In 2003, the case was reopened and it was revealed that the Catholic church and the police had covered-up Fr. Robinson's crime. During his trial the Assistant Prosecutor Mandros said in answering why he defiled her, "Why? ...to degrade her, to mock her, to humiliate her, to bring her down, to the lowest point he possibly could." "...more humiliating way for a nun to be stripped naked in front of the Eucharist." Before his trial, when the investigator questioned the Priest, Investigator Ross said in response to Fr. Robinson's snide demeanor, "Father, Why do you smirk at me?"

It is apparent by Barbara's photos(Barbara is smirking and sexualizing) and statements that she is practicing her Catholic upbringing in her job as judge which is illegal as the U.S. government is separation of church and state. Barbara had the same hatred of me and used her job title, security clearances and facilities available to her to act out towards me to defile me, and she did. Then her cohorts covered up what they did to me by lying in order to cover-up the crimes committed by the veterinary practice.

Comparison case: In CBS News, ""48 Hours" goes inside trial of ex-priest in 1960 murder" (Click here for YouTube video), of Irene Garza of McAllen, Texas after she went to confession. Father John Feit beat, sexually assaulted, and suffocated her to death in 1960 and "the Catholic church conspired with local authorities to cover up the crime.", quote from this CBS News documentary. The District Attorney knew he murdered her and the Catholic church lied saying that "he would go to a monastery for disturbed or troubled priests and he will be kept there for the rest of his life." He was sent to different Roman Catholic institutes and shockingly "helped counsel child molesters at a religious order." He eventually left the church, married and had children. My civil case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al is being covered up by Judge Barbara Zuniga and other U.S. government officials. They know that I had a Right-To-Sue-Letter for a fee dispute from the California Veterinary Medical Board, however, in their Catholic ways, the Court of Appeal never sent it back to me per procedural law and have used their hierarchy and work status to rid of me. Roman Catholics have a history of covering-up wrong doings, even murder.

Comparison case: In The New York Times, December 2007 news article, "37-Month Sentence for Priest Who Defrauded Parish" (Click here for news article), the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut, ignored the original report of the Priest embezzling money by the bookkeeper and assistant priest who then hired a private investigator to report their findings to authorities. They were both reprimanded by church superiors and they quit. A standard practice of the Roman Catholic Church is to cover-up wrong-doings and punish the decent truth seekers and those demanding justice. The legal system's exact method to cover-up my case(s). Barbara has stolen over a million dollars of tax-payer's money and committed crimes that I demand that she be indicted and convicted for.

Catholics, and those they influence, in the Bay Area legal system, live in Contra Costa County, California, and harm this community and unsuspecting people.

2. Attorney Dan O'Malley, son of Bill O'Malley who was the Contra Costa District Attorney from 1969 to 1984, at which time he was elected as a Contra Costa County Superior Court Judge and who live in Contra Costa County (Click here for The Recorder article on the O'Malley Family), an Irish Catholic, who set-up Mr. Walter Fluharty, who was another victim of Dr. Roger Johnson and his veterinary practice's predatory acts of heinous veterinary fraud schemes and malfeasance (where Dr. Johnson swindled Mrs. Fluharty and sexualized her and manipulated her into a sex situation) by tricking traumatized Walter into signing a court-binding fraud contract whereby Dan O'Malley knew Mr. Fluharty would never receive his rightful settlement. Another Catholic M.O. of their deceptive endeavor. In the fourth paragraph before the end of The Recorder article is admission that Mary Ann, (Presiding Judge during my civil lawsuit where she mocked me and denied me fairness, due process, my constitutional rights and justice in the Instance(legal term) due to the injuries I sustained and the heinous acts perpetrated on me and my beloved pet by the veterinary practice.), who was working at the District Attorney's Office, and with Dan O'Malley, fraternized in the work place, a pattern in the judicial and legal system here, which lowers the professionalism to sub-standard and out-right criminal behavior as evidenced in their decision-making.

3. Justice James Marchiano, an Italian Catholic, was the Presiding Judge in the Court of Appeal in San Francisco, California who made decisions from ill-intended behaviors knowing that I would be shocked by the court's writings that had nothing to do with the facts of the case, evidence and laws. They purposely omitted the Original Complaint, intentionally entered the Pre-argument supplemental letter brief incorrectly, and would not file the legitimate Notice of Stay of Proceedings and instead sent it back to me stating that there was no case pending. James Marchiano, a Catholic government official, and those he influenced behaved pompous and malicious. He and his court committed fraud, intentional Destruction of a Witness, Obstruction of Justice, and Evidence Tampering.

Marchiano uplifts his father who drove a bread truck and states that he grew up in Concord, California in PJ Marchiano's California Court of Appeal - 1st District Profile(scanned copy below), and reveals that he studied to be a priest. His parents are from Italy and emigrated to the U.S., as he states in CALegacy Project, "Justice James Marchiano, First District Court of Appeal (Click here for YouTube video), and, he attended a prep-seminary, 4 year Catholic high school, St. Joseph's College in Mountain View, California (Closed in June 1991) (Click here for Wikipedia info) which was connected to St. Patrick's Catholic College in Menlo Park, California.

Archbishop Edward Hannah, who oversaw the development of the school was directly promoting Catholic educational institutions and curriculum and was an active political influence of California State legislation (information from the book, "An Archbishop for the People: The Life of Edward J. Hanna" (Click here for website). And, during Hannah's fight to secure tax-exempt nonprofit status for Catholic schools, his friend, Bishop John Cantwell of Southern California, stated that, "The campaign will be a wholesome tonic to unite all of our people and will be for the country at large and practical example of Catholic Action." Clearly, Catholic's are thinking of their own greedy agenda and forcing their own ideals and not including all the different people in the Union. There M.O. is if you don't go along with them or you expose their iniquities, or their type, they will punish you even if you didn't do anything wrong. Catholics practice that they are superior, as an individual and as a religion and they threaten others to practice their forceful, degrading and destructive tactics.

In the YouTube video, CALegacy Project, linked above and here too, Justice Marchiano talks about the budget cuts in the court, and how to spend money more efficiently, but never talks about how the judges spend millions, and millions of tax-dollars harassing unsuspecting people(victims) who need court services, wrongfully incarcerating people, using law enforcement to set people up for failures, playing wicked shenanigans in court, such as, destroying documents, pretending like they don't know the facts of cases, intentionally entering-in false information on the computerized docket, denying to hear the case by retaliating against a party, but not limited to. The government employees are spending tax-payer's money to sexualize on the job.

Justice Marchiano also states in his Profile that he is a Democrat. It is revealing and apparent that their political affiliations are Not the influencing factor in their hideous decisions, but rather their Catholic religion. As a litigant, Marchiano treated me as scum and didn't accept me for driving for a living or even legitimately working. He didn't congratulate me for courageously fighting civilly for justice knowing that I completed an enormous amount of research, studying, writing and preparing for the oral argument in his courtroom where I followed the law. For example, I did not repeat my brief. I also informed him and the panel that "Since 1998 the Defendant Johnson has the propensity to hurt children.", which is documented in a statement he made during deposition in a case where an adult male bicyclist was injured by a wire trap around his veterinary practice property intended to hurt children. I also cited law during my civil case that explains that if an adult commits animal abuse, this preludes the offender to abuse children and commits domestic violence. He protected the offender, the criminal, and the sexualizer, which is how the Roman Catholic church operates.

In Pennsylvania, the Catholic Church used "mafia-like" tactics, such as, banishment, "disinvited", lied about, "vicious" behavior, excluding children victims in public forum, church makes church into victim and victim is seeking money(not justice), and "stonewalling". Similarly the pets(patients) and owners(clients) are victims of the perpetrator(s) of the veterinary practice, as in my case(s). Read about the similarities in June 2016, The Guardian news article, "Catholic church accused of using 'mafia-like' tactics to fight sex abuse bill (Click here for article). The archbishop Charles Chaput of Philadelphia terrorized Catholics in the U.S. government, who were doing their job, and wreaking havoc in their lives. We need the media to expose the "mafia-type", and the "commie-NAZI-style" perpetrators who have influenced and infiltrated into the legal system in Contra Costa County and beyond. We need the decent people, the decent government officials and employees to indict and convict the government employees, and those they influence, who have and are committing court crimes NOW! The U.S. is separation of church and state.

4. Concord, California, City Attorney Mark Coon was the city attorney at the time I was living at the mobile home park where, in 2004, I purchased my mobile home for $45,000 cash from the increased sales of my Pleasant Hill condominium that I purchased in 1995, and where I completed DIY renovation work in 2003, and sold it in 2004. Unbeknownst to me, the mobile home park was practicing fraudulent rent increases, including mail fraud, fraud by misrepresentation, fraud by unlawful multiple rent increase attempts and terrorist tactics, for example, not accepting rent payment and threatening rent increases that would go on for years. Through communications and complaints with the Concord city offices, and mobile home park neighbors, it was evident that the city was participating in fraudulent rent increase activities even though Concord had mobile home rent control laws in place. In 2012 I went to an ex-parte court hearing before Comm. Judith Sanders requesting restraining orders. She had me fill out a form explaining the events leading up to why I was requesting a restraining order against the mobile home park owner and the parks fraudulent rent increase collection attempts. She wouldn't hear my case and referred me to her supervisor, I believe was either Judge Judith Craddick in Department 9, or Judge Patricia Scanlon in Department 3. Either way, no one heard my case and my hand written document, as they requested, was never returned to me. I went directly to complain to Concord City Attorney Mark Coon with evidence in hand. He looked at it, but didn't do anything. When I discovered in November of 2016 that City Attorney Mark Coon died, I was SHOCKED and disturbed. I didn't know until I did further research and found his online obituary and learned that he is Catholic too, and from another country, as found in Legacy.com, Obituaries, "Mark Coon" (Click here for obituary). I wrote my own commentary and published on Patch.com, April 2017, "Was Concord, CA City Attorney Mark Coon murdered?" (Click here for article). As you've read in the above article, "Catholic church accused of using 'mafia-like' tactics to fight sex abuse bill", in June 2016, The Guardian, (Click here for article), there may be more to his demise than what I questioned about Mark Coon being murdered.

5. Justice Ignazio Ruvolo lives in Rossmoor (a large retirement community). As I stated on my FB, "...refused to hear my Writ of Mandate in 2009. He lives in Rossmoor, Walnut Creek, California, where I was employed part-time for almost 10 years and served seniors for over 6 years. See in comment a link to Transparent California where it shows that he makes over $214,000.00 in pay and benefits from us the tax payer. And he can't even do his job. Why are we paying such big salaries to these government employees. Well, read the Rossmoor News article, he's living it (up) because his pay and benefits come from tax payers. When is he going to do for our common people in the community?". Below is a screen shot of September 10, 2014 Rossmoor News article where Justice Ruvolo's interpretation of Rossmoor is Paradise, however, when I checked on the Rossmoor News paper archive website for September 10, 2014 50th Anniversary Special Section, I can no longer find the Special Section. If you go to page 10A of this newspaper, you will also find "Rossmorian Ignazio "Nace" Ruvolo" 's article, "California's appellate justice retention process - why are justices on the ballot?"

5a. The editor of the Rossmoor News is Maureen O'Rourke, a Catholic from Northern California. I was employed under her direction from 2003 to when I was wrongly taken into custody for the second time in October of 2012 due to Presiding Judge Diana Becton's intentional pre-mediated, malicious and retaliatory bench warrant. In the year 2007, I had to complain to Golden Rain Foundation(GRF) of Rossmoor, and then I filed a complaint with the California DFEH(Department of Fair Employment and Housing) because she discriminated against me and played ill-intended games, pretending not to receive my complaint with GRF Human Resources Manager, playing word games as if she didn't know what I was talking about, and tried to deny me from participating in extra work which I had before. The DFEH did nothing because I believe the woman who took my complaint was also Catholic and/or influenced by Catholic(s), because Catholic(s) think they are supposed to get privileged and preferential treatment because they think Catholics are special. At one point Maureen retaliated with attacking words at me and said, "You think you're entitled." What I do know is that their insidious acts are the exact same M.O.. Do nothing positive for the victim, hide and/or change evidence to set-them-up for hardships, ignore pleas for help, continue abusing, ramp-up abuse when victim needs help, pretend like it didn't happen, mock and ridicule their target, and try and get-rid-of and destroy their target(s). 6. Retired Sheriff Warren Rupf was the Sheriff for Contra Costa County from 1992 to his retirement in 2011, however, announced his retirement in September of 2009. He grew up in Concord, California and resided in Martinez, California. He is also Catholic. He is described as having a "...wicked sense of humor,...", quote from The San Jose Mercury News, August 2012 news article, "Service for late Contra Costa Sheriff Warren Rupf attracts hundreds of people" (Click here for article). This wicked behavior is beyond humor (refer to list of Catholic comments under Guam case above), it's another insidious Catholic trait. The current Sheriff, Sheriff David Livingston, admits that he wants to follow in his ways, “I hope I can become even half the sheriff he was.”, his quote in the East Bay Times, August 2012 news article, "Retired Contra Costa Sheriff Warren Rupf succumbs to leukemia" (Click here for article). Exposure of Sheriff Rupf's hidden abuses about his way of running the Sheriff's Department was revealed in UnNews, September 2009 article, "Warren Rupf resigns in shame" (Click here for article), quote, "He now prepares to slip off into retirement and draw pay for sitting on his ass all day. Which from what his career has been like, will present no change in his lifestyle whatsover." The article goes on to explain how the Sheriff deputies, during his watch, did not search a felon-on-parole's backyard where there were reports by neighbors that he had sex slaves in the backyard. Yet, my home was entered on several occasions by the Concord Police Department by deactivating my monthly paid (nationwide company) alarm system without a search warrant. Why? because I filed a civil lawsuit against a veterinary practice that had defrauded me of almost $20,000, tortured my beloved pet, and used her in their illegal and diabolical dog lab, but not limited to, and the judges, justices, DA, and law enforcement fraternity-mafia-types retaliate and is in defiance of decency, facts, evidence and laws.

The end of his religious life also reflects the "buying your way into heaven" by impressing the priest, a Roman Catholic "Action" that is not the Jesus Way. "...gave the priest, at Rupf's request, a generous contribution.", quote from this August 2012, The Mercury News article, "Service for late Contra Costa Sheriff Warren Rupf attracts hundreds of people" (Click here for article). It's the Catholic guilt trip. More on Catholic comments: Now do for me because I just did for you. I'll please you if you please me.

7. Sheriff David O. Livingston is the Sheriff since 2011. Before winning the election, he was the Concord Police Chief since 2005, where I lived since 2004. Prior to that he was the Pleasant Hill Police Chief in the neighboring city from 2002 to 2005, where I lived since 1995. Work history on Livingston from, Political Blotter, March 2012 article, "Brown names CoCo sheriff to boating commission (Click here for article). Sex harassment lawsuits against him had been revealed in 2010 by CCC Sheriff candidate, Sheriff's Lieutenant Brian Kalinowski as stated in Richmond Confidential, June 2010 article, "Election 2010; Breakdown of contested county races" (Click here for article), "...put out a mailer last month pointing to sexual discrimination lawsuits leveled against Livingston." Had I known, I would not have voted for Livingston. When did he become abusive? Was he influenced by the wicked sex culture here in Contra Costa County? He has a history of harassing the victim(s) in CCC, including me, and creates a work environment as such. It's no wonder that sheriff deputies are leaving the CCC Sheriff's Department in droves, but of course they keep that information about their uncivil work environment in secrecy just like the Roman Catholic Church; information available in Patch news article, November 2015, "Deputies Leaving Contra Costa County in Droves, Sheriff Warns" (Click here for article). In fact, in the Concord police harassment case, "...relentless retaliatory and discriminatory actions" against her, the victim, for reporting the harassment, and they took away her K-9 officer job out of petty vengeance; case exposed in The Mercury News, August 2009, "Female officer sues Concord Police Department sexual harassment" (Click here for article). David Livingston's behavior is so bizarre, so vile, and so evil that I can not understand why he would want to harm me, the victim of a heinous veterinary fraud scheme(s) resulting in injuries. While I was representing myself, he deployed deputies to follow me while I drove to work assignments and serving legal documents. His deputies terrorized me in June 2011 when they came to my home and omitted pages from the 4 page letter I sent to Judge Zuniga to hear my case. They handcuffed me and kidnapped me. While they drove away from my home I kept reporting to the 2 deputies about the criminal acts committed by the veterinary practice, but they wouldn't take a report and it states in the file for criminal case, People v Mink, that I "continued to ramble"(Somebody underlined it; refer to copy of report below.), but their malicious intentions of omitting pages 2 and 3 to Judge Zuniga are not mentioned in the arresting report. In order to be charged with "Threatening an Official", the threat must be direct. I did respond confused and winced and questioned the deputies at the front door about the set-up omissions, but I don't know if that part of the terrorist attack was recorded in the digital recording. The officials knew that my letter was not a threat and they knew me in the community and at court since 2008. And they knew they were plotting to destroy me. (scanned copy of my copy below):

Sheriff Livingston makes disturbing excuses and lies publicly about witnesses and victims providing information and cooperating with law enforcement; "One of the biggest challenges...is the lack of cooperation from citizens. Some do not report crimes and many witnesses and victims do not provide information.", quote from The Richmond Standard, April 2014 news article, "Contra Costa Sheriff responds to article on North Richmond's unsolved killings" (Click here for news article). The retaliatory bench warrant issued in October of 2012 by Presiding Judge Diana Becton was a conspired act to hold me captive after over a year of being demoralized, harassed, ignored, mocked, gawked at, and lied about by the set-up attorney, Jane Elliot, who should be disbarred for plotting to destroy me and for continued attempts to destroy me. That terrorist attack happened when I was peacefully resting in bed in the afternoon after coming home from work when two deputies came to my home in Concord. They wrongfully arrested me, handcuffed me and took me away again. My beloved dog, Candy, was so distressed, her last responses were that she jumped up on my lap while I was kneeling down with my hands cuffed behind my back, and she licked my lips (I believe this was a stress interaction as she didn't know what was happening to her provider.) I was also very worried about Stella, my beloved pug, as she had trouble moving her back legs and would not be able to get off our bed. The deputy went into the bedroom and came back out without heeding to my cries for helping Stella. Typical of law enforcement, they don't do, they ignore, and act like they are doing their job, but in reality are retaliating and causing civil unrest one person at a time just like the Roman Catholic Church abuses on children. Law enforcement personnel have been involved in conspired, premeditated, malicious acts to destroy their targets. In this exposed case, "dirty DUI" arrest scheme, witness reserve officer, William Howard, of the Sheriff's Department was fired; August 2012 SFGate news article "Whistle-blower let go as reserve deputy (Click here for article). After he cooperated with investigators he was shunned by fellow-workers, they reassigned him to lower-valued jobs, and Sheriff Livingston degraded him verbally, and then he was fired; The Mercury News, August 2012 news article, "Contra Costa reserve deputy says he lost his job for being a whistle-blower" (Click here for article). Livingston's oppressive and snide remarks and actions, that Howard is the one "lashing out", is exactly the same retaliatory approach in handling exposed corruption in the legal system as the scandalous exposures within the realm of the Catholic Church. Me thinks Sheriff Livingston is ashamed just like the priests.

8. Deputy District Attorney Steve Bolen headed the Special Operations Division on Government Corruption. I reported to him in January of 2010 and he referred me to the CJP(Commission on Judicial Performance). When I was initially wrongly arrested and bogus charged with threatening Judge Barbara Zuniga in June of 2011, DA Steve Bolen was representing the PEOPLE, which in itself is a Conflict of Interest. Judge Clare Maier announced his name in court as I stood next to the set-up attorney, Jane Elliot, and I was SHOCKED!!!

Steve Bolen obtained his undergraduate degree from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California, (per California State Bar website) one of the De La Salle Christian Brothers religious order schools, rated D(used to be rated as D-), and a "very dangerous place to be", "...there are some problems with forcible sex offenses and nonforcible sex offenses.", from American School Search (Click here for listing). St. Mary's College has a racist environment as well. ""I have been subjected to verbal and threatening intimidation, disrespect, and never-ending strategizing to undermine my efforts,", and that the college is unsupportive, quotes from, East Bay Express, October 2015 article, "Saint Mary's College Faculty Allege Racial Discrimination" (Click here for article). This is the exact same behavior, and terrorizing, capturing, detaining, slandering, libeling, and ramping-up the terrorist acts against me for demanding justice. Catholics teach racism.

9. Presiding Judge(PJ) Diana Becton knew, before she issued the malicious bench warrant, all about my civil case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc., et al, and that Judge Barbara Zuniga's personal, sexual orientation, office politics and religious desires of vengence were to destroy me, and that she committed Malicious Prosecution, Obstruction of Justice, Conspiracy, Witness Tampering, Evidence Tampering, and Perjury and possibly more. Here is a letter dated July 6, 2012 referencing both my civil case and criminal case, People v Mink. I had a hearing during the criminal case, however, my attorney spoke with her privately and I never went into the courtroom. Is that legal? These women were doing whatever they wanted as told to me by the set-up attorney Jane Elliot, and they never followed the law. The contents of her letter indicates that she does not want to exercise her judicial powers and publicly reprimand a revengeful and criminally behaving judge and attorney, Barbara Zuniga and Jane Elliot. PJ Diana Becton's letter is ridiculous, nonsensical, and absurd with cruel, inhumane and degrading intentions. In October of 2012, PJ Becton issued a Bench Warrant to take me into custody because I did not appear in court. Prior to that hearing, set-up attorney Elliot had confused me as to whether I was to appear or not to appear in court. I proved that with a letter she wrote. Throughout the cruel court I had been contacting my representative to stop the cruel court to no avail which included that letter. As in CCC, a bizarre and defunct legal system in Orange County in southern California, "...Superior Court Judge Thomas Goethals issued an order disqualifying the entire Orange County District Attorney's Office (that's all 250 prosecutors)...", quote from Slate, May 2015 news article, "You're All Out" (Link erred, see screen shot of beginning of article following letter). District Attorney Mark Peterson was the DA since 2011 during the torture terror case, People v Mink. He was listed as one of the decision makers I was petitioning him for my petition and he too is criminal. After the District Attorney Mark Peterson was convicted for felony perjury in 2017, refer to L.A. Times, July 2017 news article, "Former Contra Costa County prosecutor convicted of perjury could lose license, State Bar says"(Click here for article), Judge Diana Becton was appointed by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors as the new Interim District Attorney even though she's already dishonest and again behaved criminally by plagiarizing; "..she admitted plagiarizing parts of her application,...", East Bay Times, September 2017 news article, "Contra Costa supervisors break barriers in selecting new district attorney" (Click here for news article). The law states that if you benefit more than $2,500 from plagiarizing criminal charges apply. In my case, PJ Becton had the power to change venue as well, but chose not to.

10. Judge Clare Maier had no compassion, no empathy, no practicing of facts, evidence or law about me when it came to the fraud and torture case, People v Mink. She retaliated against me to destroy me when she had no evidence that I was a threat against Judge Barbara Zuniga, and no evidence that I was or am a flirt, ever. But we can see from Clare's Judicial Profile that she flirted in her work place and "hooked-up" with a co-worker at the law firm where she practiced civil litigation as expressed in her Contra Costa County Judicial Profile (Scanned copy below):

Other cases where people were victimized by the Cruel Court:

(The following cases are only the tip of the iceberg of what is really going on in the judicial system and how they influence people in the community.)

1. Doss v Warren Rupf, et al, where inmate, Jimmie L. Doss, was assaulted by Sheriff Deputies while housed at the Martinez Detention Facility, and they also committed Obstruction of Grievance Process by use of deceptive documents using Request Slips as stated in complaint filed in December 2007 available for viewing: Court Listener, from Free Law Project (Click here for complaint). Doss's case was never heard due to a technicality. What efforts did the judge make to find him? What's really going on with Doss's case? Find Doss so he can achieve justice against brutality inflicted on him by cruel, inhumane and degrading deputies.

(When I was wrongfully incarcerated from October 2012 to September 2013, with about a three and a half months forced detainment at Napa State Hospital(Nazi-style forced drug(s) on me and other patients were physically tortured by staff, 2 to 3, scuffling with patient in a forceful event, while the patient cried in screams, rushing towards the side seclusion room and strapping the patient to the hospital bed to inject them with a sedation drug. The patient would be "knocked-out" for 2 to 3 days under 24 hour watch.) I was given the Request Slips for my grievances and I would not receive copies or responses to some of them depending on content. I was also told by the West County Detention Facility, Richmond, California, that the women's library used to have law books, but they had been removed.)

2. The bicyclist "is to blame and Guo should not have been charged with a crime.", and the deputy district attorney admits that "“This is a non-drug, non-DUI, non-road rage vehicular manslaughter. She had no criminal record, and she didn’t flee the scene.", because it was an accident. Yet, they criminalized her, a mother, a family person and she had to flee the country for her safety. (Click here for news article) "Danville driver charged with killing cyclist flees to China", The Mercury News, September 2011. The DA can simply drop the charge against Guo at anytime. She does not have to be present. The victim's wife went after her with vengeance even stating that she would hire a "bounty hunter to go get her", but in the case against Wyatt (find case below), the victim's family did not want Wyatt to be jailed.

The correct questions and actions would be about the bicyclist and his wife. Was Mr. Greaves under the influence? Was he attempting to stage an injury or death for him or his wife to collect insurance? Was he suicidal? Was he confused? It is publicly known that Mrs. Greaves has malicious endeavors and an unconscionable thought process which can cause family members to become suicidal or so distressed that they become confused. What is she covering-up? This is investigative work. The vindictive statements by Mrs. Greaves were on the front page of the Contra Costa Times, Friday, September 2, 2011 news article, "Cyclist's Death Woman charged in fatal crash flees to China" (Copy of microfiche news article below):

In Welsh v Tippie child custody case, Joyce Welsh was horrified when she discovered in 2006 that a court appointed Child Visitation Supervisor was participating in bestiality, slave and master sex activities and the extensive evidence was on the Welsh/Tippie home computer where the Supervisor would visit and where the Supervisor and Tippie, the child's father, would spend time on the computer. Unbeknownst to Welsh, the Supervisor was attempting to sabotage Welsh's child custody rights, as revealed in (Warning: Disturbing Content. Not for minors.) NEWSMAKINGNEWS.com, "Child Visitation Supervisor Involved in bestality and master/slave sex" (Click here for news article). Mysteriously, the court "Lost the paperwork" and file. Welsh lost all her rights and for her own safety moved thousands of miles away and had to leave her daughter behind, quote from Joyce Welsh's 142 page complaint to the White House and other officials. The cruel and retaliatory judges in her case were, Commissioner Josanna Berkow, and Judge Barry Baskin of the Contra Costa County Superior Court of California. Joyce Welsh's civil rights allow her acknowledgment and justice for the abuses perpetrated on her by her community officials.

4. Scott Dyleski was convicted in 2005 for the murder of Pamela Vitale, the wife of a high profile attorney, Daniel Horowitz, who some believe to be a suspect (see The Mercury News, May 2011 article, "Scott Dyleski seeks to overturn conviction in Lafayette murder, implicates victims husband" Click here). Judge Barbara Zuniga "was the judge in the original case. However, what is surprising is her cavalier response that often proclaims information to be true about the case that is not true or is grossly twisted to make the evidence against Dyleski seem more concrete.", quote from Scott Dyleski's defense team website (Click here for Website), and "Comment on Judge Barbara Zuniga's Denial of Habeas Petition" (Click here for website page). The DA, on it's own, can order that Dyleski be given fair and unbiased court hearings and trial without his request based on the history of abuses, torturous acts and instability perpetrated Judge Zuniga.

These judges gave preferential treatment to an attorney...and in another case the pro pers case was heard. Why are some cases heard with respect, dignity, fairness, and civility, but others are disparaged and terrorized? We want the answer in writing.

5. On April 30, 2012, Judge Clare Maier sentenced Robert Wyatt, an environmental attorney, to felony formal probation for killing his Rossmoor, Walnut Creek, neighbor while driving intoxicated and leaving the scene of the accident in December of 2010. He was not incarcerated as indicated by the 90 day jail sentence in the May 30, 2012, Rossmoor News article states (Click here for article). "Respondent’s sentence included 90 days in a work alternative program or electronic home detention, a DUI fine of $1,076 and restitution fine of $240, and 50 hours of volunteer community service.", as documented in, "In the Matter of Robert David Wyatt", California State Bar Court Document, Filed February 13, 2013 (Click here for court document). It was determined by the State Bar judge that he disregarded laws, public safety, that he committed concealment and dishonesty, misrepresented information to the police and that he committed moral turpitude. According to Wyatt's attorney status on the State Bar website, he was disbarred on July 5, 2014. The heirs of the victim "agreed "that they will not urge a judge to impose any particular sentence of physical incarceration upon Robert Wyatt."", quote from 2013 court document. He served 88 days by electronic home detention, as documented in, "In the Matter of Robert David Wyatt", California State Bar Court Document, Filed February 7, 2014 (Click here for court document).

6. Satre v America's Servicing Company filed in 2006 where the plaintiffs were defrauded by Judge Barbara Zuniga, Department 02, as explained in the Tentative Ruling for Hearing Date 01/14/2009. Judge Barbara Zuniga recused herself. The Plaintiffs are Pro Pers, as listed on Superior Court of California Contra Costa County My Court Case (Click here for case). Judgments for both parties. This same silencing of the victims, protection of sex offenders, cover ups, and protection of the cruel, inhumane and degrading abuses are reflective in the Contra Costa County Judicial and Legal System and spreads to the Court of Appeal in San Francisco, California and beyond.

Catholic abusers in communities

1. The judge did her job. “You have done nothing to control your urges.”, and “Anywhere you walk, destruction will occur.” She sentenced him to 175 years in prison in the case against Larry Nassar gymnastics doctor. Turns out he is Catholic. Nassar said at his court hearing, “...I pray the Rosary everyday for forgiveness, for them , I want them to heal.” The father of 3 daughters Nassar abused, physically went after Nassar in the courtroom, but did not fine or jail him because the judge said she understands his anguish., from Crime Watch Daily, 2018, "Pt. 4: Elizabeth Smart Interviews Larry Nassar Survivors", (Click here for YouTube video). Nassar, in his Catholic tactic and behavior, stated in court in this CNN, January 2018 news article, "Larry Nassar sentenced up to 175 years in prison for decades of sexual abuse" (Click here for article), "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.", to excuse himself from his heinous, exploitative, and secretly seductive motivated and self-fulling endeavors.

2. Here’s a horrific case in Boston, Massachusetts, where a Catholic man/husband lied and set-up his pregnant wife and a person of color(Black person) to be the scape-goat to cover-up his secret, greedy, self absorbed endeavor when in fact he killed his wife, and then eventually killed himself. "City Confidential Boston Betrayal in beantown", (Click here for YouTube video). The way that law enforcement handled the case caused civil unrest. It took the family of the husband who murdered his wife to make a public statement to calm the community.

3. Turns out this manipulative, cruel, underhanded scheming woman was raised Catholic. She was perpetrating cruel acts at work, in her neighborhood, with friend, family, with law enforcement, the legal system, against innocent people, and setting them up. This is what I'm talking about, except women practicing their Catholic upbringing in their government jobs and their behavior is cruel to the core of humanity. (I watched the program about Pam Hupp on Dateline...) St. Louis, "The unimaginable, infamous case of Pam Hupp", (Click here for article). Pam Hupp worked at State Farm.

I have had State Farm auto insurance since the early 1990’s and with the same agent since the mid ‘90’s. It was SHOCKING for me to find out that State Farm conspired with the corrupt judges and allowed the Power of Attorney, that the set-up attorney Jane Elliot had acquired, to take control of my property while I was trapped illegally at Napa State Hospital. The Power of Attorney, who was raised Catholic, and her brother changed the title to my classic car that I bought in 1980 when I was enlisted in the U.S. Navy, and they changed the insurance carrier which was illegal because they knew that the Power of Attorney was my fiduciary - a violation of California Penal Code section 368 - 368.7. I was scared. I believed they were using my older car to use as extortion in order to keep my newer Toyota Tacoma as payment. I had also told my agent about how my property was stolen by the Power of Attorney and she minimalized the events, by saying something to the effect that "I just got the wrong people.". Then, after I had discovered my true mental health diagnoses of Anxiety Disorder and PTSD in August of 2016 and spent months to get Veterans Affairs to correct my records to no avail, State Farm played ill-intended games with my two email addresses and blocked me from sending them continued email correspondence. The malicious government officials used my private information to plot acts of mocking of my past experiences that resulted in damages to my remaining property, for example; In the early part of 2017, I needed repair work to my older car and the mechanic took $400 but didn’t do the job. I went to another mechanic and they wrote up that the work was not repaired which was the carburator. I returned to the previous mechanic and after about 5 days of working on my car he claimed to do the work. A few weeks later I found out that he sabotaged my brakes by draining the brake fluid and I couldn’t drive my car. Then a few months after that I discovered that my rear wheel was damaged and my wheel cover was cracked. In the past when I drove my 1988 Toyota Corolla that I kept very well(photos on FB), I needed tires, but Walnut Creek Toyota would not install tires unless I replaced a damaged wheel. I filed a claim with State Farm because my policy covered that type of damage. I had a $50.00 deductible and then I was able to get tires. This recent bent wheel on my old car is another pre-meditated, cruel act to harm me and my property. The government's malicious and terrorist endeavors have included poisoning and breaking my plants, breaking 2 windows at my apartment, changing the alarm and ring settings on my electronic devices, interfering with my attempts to get medical and mental health services, sabotaging my online purchases, mocking me while I attempt to get medical care for my dog, entering my apartment while out of town and stealing some of my property, turning off my electricity(twice), shutting off the water heater(twice), stopping home delivery of produce from Imperfect Produce, sabotaging Amazon services so my order is damaged, sabotaging my order with Dearborn Classics so the order is incorrect, Eckler's sending numerous auto parts catalogs that have nothing to do with my model car, and it doesn't end there. It is mind boggling and so disturbing that people and businesses who know me would participate in the vile and evil endeavors of the court. Remember, Roman Catholics have a history of obtaining private personal information to use against their target(s). None of which has anything to do with hearing my civil case. They do not coexist peaceful.

4. In 1978, San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk and Mayor George Moscone were assassinated by Dan White who had resigned days before he shot them. Here's my statement after watching the movie, "Milk" on Netflix (Click here for movie): "It turns out that Dan White was Catholic. White tried to set up Harvey Milk, pretended to be his friend, played mind games, said things that were not true, and practiced his Catholic upbringing in his decision-making(thinking he knew what "right and wrong" means - in Catholic upbringing "right and wrong" is more about what I like is right, and what you like is wrong, and it has nothing to do with the real meaning that cause-and-effect results are harmful or peaceful), and Milk had to keep standing up to him." "White pre-mediated killing Mayor Moscone and Sup. Milk. He served only 5 years for manslaughter, not murder in the first degree, and then 2 years later committed suicide." Catholics do not create a peacefully coexisting environment, they create discord, havoc, and intentional harm. Catholics who want to achieve peace may be threatened, or paid-off to participate with militia Catholics, extreme Catholics, and abusive Catholics.

5. Dan Broderick, a prominent attorney in San Diego, was married to Betty Broderick. Both came from Roman Catholic families. Betty supported Dan while he studied medicine and later law. Dan was obsessively abusive to his wife. Eventually he began flirting and fornicating in the work place only to exasperate his wife and sabotaging any chance of a stable marriage. Both Dan and Betty behaved bizarre, were manipulative, desired to cause harm on each other and resulted in Betty killing both her ex-husband and his new wife, the mistress of three years,(married in April 1989) while they slept in their home in November of 1989 after their divorce was finalized in January 1989. Known as one of the most bizarre divorce cases in California that Dan used as a cruel tactic(revenge) to get-back at his wife. The article states that Dan "...was able to keep a cooler head...", in fact he was using the insidious Catholic tactic to obliterate his wife. Attorney abusers that mirror what the judges and those they influence did to perpetrate bizarre hateful acts directed at me.

1. In the first case on Dateline 20/20 program, two highly educated lawyers, husband, Kent Easter who graduated from Stanford University, and wife, Jill Easter who graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, targeted the PTA President and volunteer at an elementary school. They tortured her by setting her up by planting drugs in her car, the husband called and lied to the Irvine (California) Police, they did everything to banish her, they sued her, got a restraining order on her, tried to kill her, and stalked her because the wife lawyer went berserk and deranged. The lawyer wife in this Dateline segment, was the manipulator, and manipulating her husband with a to-do-list. The police were smart and helped the victim (target) of their set-ups and caught them. These two lawyers are malicious and deranged and should never have been allowed to be attorneys. Turns out the wife lawyer was having a seedy affair with a fireman without her husband knowing and had totally bizarre behavior at his trial., from this 2016, Dateline 20/20, "Meet the Parents" (Click here for YouTube video). "...people intentionally went after someone to such a degree and such a vicious attack on someone's character.", quote from Crime Watch Daily, 2016, "Parents Busted After Framing PTA President With Drugs in Car" (Click here for YouTube video).

This case gives true-life examples of cruel, inhumane and degrading behaviors projected on their target based on obsession, and concocting thoughts that aren't true and acting out, based on those imaginary thoughts, in a terroristic manner. The people in the government knew they were on a role to annihilate me. The lawsuit, People v Mink, was plotted vengeance to destroy me. The charge of Threatening an Official is bogus. There was no threat.

2. Attorney Robert Cannon deceptively made himself the Power of Attorney and Successor Trustee of Wilbur Robinson from Los Angeles, California in an elaborate fraud scheme to give himself Wilbur's property and money. Wilbur died on February 9, 1996. Wilbur's sister was diligent in questioning Robert Cannon's illegitimate actions by hiring an attorney who also took her money by only writing letters and not going before a judge. Wilbur's attorney "gifted himself" the dead man's valuables through altering the Trustee and creating a fake declaration of death documents of Wilbur's brother as discovered by a professional Heir Finder to get more money. He stole about $250,000 from the State. Robert Cannon was disbarred in 2000. Click here to watch the 2009 documentary, "The Will: Family Secrets Revealed. Typical of what the judges did to me by changing my wording in their Tentative Ruling, to their secret plotting to scam me, ignoring my requests for answers and legitimate responses, omitting evidence, signing false documents, making-up information to obtain their greedy results, on and on.

Roman Catholics are not Christians, They are Romans using Christianity

About the history of Catholicism. Catholicism is not Christianity as Jesus represented, Jesus; the Prince of Peace. During the time of Jesus and shortly thereafter, Jesus followers were known as practicing, "The Way"; the Way of Jesus. They fellow-shipped in private homes, homes even owned by women.

It was during the 300's A.D. that the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great converted to Christianos (Follower of Christ)(Christos (Christian)). Bishops of that time were in attacking disagreements against each other. They were making decisions about the specific beliefs of Christianity. From what I learned, and if my memory is correct, they argued vehemently about the understanding of Christos beliefs. One such argument was regarding the bread, the communion bread. We believe in flat bread, No!, we believe in raised bread. And so there was a splitting of "Christos" beliefs that lead to the Eastern Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church. It is said that Eastern Orthodox followed Saint Andrew and Roman Catholics followed Saint Peter. So, you can understand that they were moving far away from the core value of what Jesus stood for which is PEACE.

The inception of the Roman Catholic Church are made of Romans from the Roman Empire converting to Christos because of Constantine. What did Romans believe in? They believed in slavery, hard labor, torturing people as entertainment making them sadists as they clapped and cheered their barbaric acts on their targets, torturing people they didn't "like", and setting-up a religious group as a scape-goat to make them look bad, remember Nero?, who persecuted Christians? Roman Catholics have a long history of destroying people's lives.

They were also sun worshipers and worshiped many gods. If you look at different Catholic insignia/imagery, you will find the sun. Here are three examples in my area:

1. St. Ignatius High School, San Francisco, California. Governor Jerry Brown is an alumni.

2. Christ the King Parish, Pleasant Hill, California. Retired and late Sheriff Warren Rupf attended this church.

3. Oakland Diocese, Oakland, California.

Roman Catholics created Purgatory which is perpetual sin. In simple terms, Purgatory is a place of limbo after your physical being dies. However, based on your behavior, once in Purgatory, it is another chance for you to possible get to heaven in their belief; Purgatory as a physical place where you have another chance at redemption, so there's no redemption reason on earth which encourages sinful behaviors.

They also created Indulgences, an act whereby the parishioners would pay the church for their sins, but it was really a way for the Vatican to get more money from the parishioners. This same concept is still practiced today as fundraisers and donations to Catholic endeavors, not community support. Some of the money does go to build more schools that train in terrorism and control of other religions, races, disabled, but not limited to, and to use people for their goals.

They created Confession, which is now called Reconciliation, for the parishioners that encourages them to excuse themselves of sinful behavior, commit more sin and practice in secrecy(the confessional closet with the secret priest) and in denial of their bad and cruel behaviors; "I forgive myself", do nothing for the victim(s), and minimize the victims trauma and hardships that the Catholic committed. This practice develops a "Honor thyself" belief that incites them to immediate ignoring responses, denial statements, and insidious defenses that escalate to outright obliterating tactics if questioned about their wrongful behaviors. They do not teach cause and effect rationale.

They believe in idolatry. That behavior transferred over from Roman's worshiping many Gods, such as the Sun, and planets. For Catholics, they idolize Mary, and many saints, priests, bishops, cardinals, the Pope, and presiding Superior Mothers, and nuns, Catholic teachers and counselors, etc... Because the images are for idolizing, "they do no wrong". So when they do wrong, their first responses are to be silent, admonish for mentioning the wrong(s), and then punish the victim(s) and person(s) for exposing and seeking rightful justice. This "cover-up" method is transferred over into their environments outside of their church setting which causes strife, hostility, and leads to destruction of innocent people and others. This Catholic practice is influenced from the Roman Empire and is illegal, and unAmerican.

In the 6th century, Pope Gregory the Great declared Mary Magdalene a prostitute. He lied. Nowhere does it say in the Holy Bible that she's a prostitute. For all this time societies all over the world, where ever Catholics influence, people(men and women) treat women as prostitutes and it is wrong. I didn't know until the researching for this writing that in 1969 the Catholic Church changed Pope Gregory's absurd, demoralizing and destructive decision that has had horrific lasting effects. (refer to BBC, Mary Magdalene history (Click here for article)). This harmful concept has effected female victims of clergy sex abuse because the authorities believe that because they are female, they are objects for men's desires and therefore they would not be harmed as opposed to male victims which in their minds would be disgraceful. Women are just as traumatized as men when sexually assaulted.

If some of their legal beliefs and practices are what the Roman Catholic Church and their parishioners wish to practice, that's their privacy right(Their illegal acts need to be litigated.) However, once it effects people in the community, in work places, in businesses, in government, in neighborhoods, and medical facilities and more, it becomes a violation and infringement on other people's lives and needs to stop.

In my cases, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al and People v Mink, the government is operating under Roman Empire influences of the Roman Catholic Church under the guise of Christianity, and using Jesus' name. Their cruel, inhumane, and degrading acts are violations of my U.S. Constitutional rights, and violate the UN Human Rights Treaty bodies Agreements that the U.S. agreed to.

Sweden's Freedom from the Papacy

"In 1523, Gustave Vasa (1496-1560) ... When he was elected king, his principal policy as a hero of independence was to break off any remaining ties with the Papacy and to free his country from the economic power of the (Catholic) Church.", quote from "Protestantism in the Scandinavian countries", Virtual Museum of Protestantism (Click here for article). An example that the U.S. can seek and regain control from the Church.

Roman Catholic Religious Orders are created to force and takeover

Catholic Religious Orders were created for the Catholic cause of educating and converting people to Catholicism all over the world; a superficial description. An example in the U.S.; in reality they would pretend to befriend their target(s) as a ploy to capture the native people, torturing and killing them if they didn't comply. Nowadays, as they have infiltrated into the U.S. legal system and influence other officials, they use their same destructive tactics to obliterate one target at a time and then we see, as you add up each person, there's a group target, such as, Protestants, victims, poor people, non-Catholics, women, people of color, consumers, people who expose them, people who fight for justice, Accountants, Fraud Attorneys, etc...

In California, schools are accredited through a process that evaluates and monitors course curriculum and other aspects of the schools. How in the world are Catholic schools being able to stay accredited when they are teaching and behaving heinous acts, such as, sexualizing, control tactics, grooming to molest and rape, unlawful behavior, forceful behaviors, and "Honor thyself" behavior, superficial community work, etc... and unhelpful attitudes and actions, sabotaging people's lives, injustices, pompous decisions, to steal, denying people their property rights, insulting, inhospitable towards others in the community even to their own family members, etc...unrest, incivility, relentless attacks, physical abuse, discrimination, bigotry, demoralizing, degrading, exclusion, annihilation, Catholic government motivated kidnapping of citizens, wrongful captivity, malicious pharma drug use, using people, taking advantage, implementing fraud schemes, including exploitation of end-of-life rights, etc...criminalizing the victim, etc...covering-up, etc...

Influencing towards a Catholic Government (Infiltration)

In my petition I had written four brief paragraphs about the Catholics destroying the California Native Americans which is very similar in destructive behavior(s) as to how the judges and justices use the judicial system to capture, detain and torture people which leads to their target(s) deterioration and the legal officials have enjoyment and relish in their own bizarre and heinous acts. Before the judges, justices, DA, Sheriff's Department, local police, court doctors, and VA employees and those they influence denied my traumatized state, denied acknowledging the horrific acts perpetrated on me, ignoring that I'm being attacked physically, mentally and spiritually, I was not against Catholics or any individual whose religion is Catholic, or the Roman Catholic church, or even an ex-Catholic; I simply coexisted peacefully, and I would speak up for humane rights regardless of who the perpetrator(s) are. However, Judge Zuniga, Justice Marchiano, PJ O'Malley, attorney O'Malley, and others and those they deployed to destroy me, keep harassing me and ramping-up the abuses to cover-up the heinous veterinary fraud schemes. The victim patients of the abuses committed by Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al are the most vulnerable. They don't grow-up-to-speak-up in people's languages and allege their accusations. They are already grown-up while they are being abused and they can't speak in people's words. I am speaking for them. I am speaking for their traumatized people because they are afraid too. Please, somebody help me!!! Please, somebody help us!!! Please get the decent people to achieve justice for us!!!

If you are working in the DA, law enforcement, court doctors, you are an investigator, judge, justice, government official in county, state, federal, Veterans Affairs, and international investigations, please achieve justice for us.

Contact your representatives. If you and your pet were abused by Encina..., please report to the police, media, your representative. Report to the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commission about my story and demand justice and that the court criminals be indicted and convicted. The legal system has violated the UN Human Rights Treaty bodies Agreements that the U.S. has agreed to.

Contact Amnesty International to get me to safety and keep fighting civilly for justice. Action to fruition.

Please contact and express your oppositions and demands for justice to the media(Dateline 20/20, The New York Times, Huffington Post, TMZ, etc..., BBC, Daily MailUK, The New Scotland Yard (more than half of the almost $20,000 that was swindled from me by the veterinary practice was on my RBS(Royal Bank of Scotland) credit card, U.S. politicians, the Contra Costa County DA, Grand Jury, local police departments, etc... Please don't give up on us.
