Martinez Apartment Tenants Get New Landlord

After roughly nine months on the market, a deal was completed recently to sell the Alhambra Manor Apartments in Martinez.

East Bay businessman Rick Zawadski bought the 38-unit complex for a reported $3.5 million, or about $92,000 per apartment. Zawadski's RTZ Associates is listed as the official buyer. The deal was reported on August 2.

The 20,812-square foot complex, located at 600 Alhambra Way, has 37 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.

Attempts to contact Zawadski were unanswered.
