Teenager Montrell Harrell was found Monday in Mt. Diablo State Park. He is alive, but dehydrated and disoriented.

Rescuers found 18-year-old Montrell Harrell in the woods of Mt. Diablo State Park on Monday afternoon. He is alive, but reportedly sick and disoriented, however he is expected to recover.
