Onstage Theatre invites you to be a witness to...Bloody Murder

ONSTAGE THEATRE STAGES WHODUNIT SPOOF BLOODY MURDER

Mystery, mayhem and comedy abound in Onstage Theatre’s upcoming whodunit spoof BLOODY MURDER written by Ed Sala and directed by Edwin Peabody, opening March 18 at the Martinez Campbell Theatre.

“The play turns the murder mystery genre upside down,” said Peabody. “It’s suspenseful and very funny – a perfect combination.” In BLOODY MURDER a group of the usual British murder-mystery types gather for a weekend retreat when suddenly one of them dies. “It’s Agatha Christie meets Pirandello,” said Peabody. “All ages will enjoy this whodunit spoof.”

The cast includes Randy Anger (Pleasant Hill), Anne Baker (Martinez), Deborah Black (Martinez), Dawn Lenz (Napa), Don Tamblyn (Lakehead), Ryan Terry (Martinez). Set Design by Diane McRice (Pleasant Hill).
