POLICE LOG: Armed Suspect Threatens Railway Worker
Activity for August 8 as reported by the Martinez Police Department.

A Union Pacific Railway worker reported a "tweaky" man in his 40s or 50s brandished a handgun at him, but the suspect had disappeared by the time Martinez Police arrived on the scene Thursday morning.
The incident occurred at about 8:40 a.m. in the area of Pacheco and Pine. The suspect was described as a white adult male with salt-and-pepper hair, wearing a black baseball cap, blue flannel shirt and denim jeans.
