POLICE LOG: Fight Over Cell Phone Ends In Threat With Gun
Activity from July 19-20 as reported by the Martinez Police Department.
A teenager allegedly threatened to shoot another person in a dispute over a cell phone on Saturday afternoon, according to a report from the Martinez Police Department.
A 17-year-old white male with black hair and a black beard allegedly threatened the victim with a gun, but did not point it at anyone. The suspect was last seen walking toward Robinson.
Police were investigating the altercation as an assault with a deadly weapon.
