I have pleaded numerous times, for years now, for rightful justice to no avail. I proved with evidence that our legal system is and was overthrown (Coup D’état) by Catholics and
those they recruit/ed through dirty sex. Catholics are taught to clandestinely identify and destroy real Protestants through enticing them to do non-Protestant behaviors or set-them-up through lies and their conniving acts. Catholics are taught "Slow and Methodical Death Sentence Act" and how to carry-out their secret-war tactics in our community and society, then blame everyone
else. Our legal system and our representatives are applying Catholic Vatican, Holy See, Canon Law, NOT OUR LAWS!!! Learn and outsmart them! One of their biggest lie is that Catholics believe and practice that they are the ethnically supreme regime (religious order) and therefore do not acknowledge other religious practices. They are taught to be Anti-Protestant and defy King James Bible believers and practitioners through our governmental system. Catholics are Anti-Semites(Anti-Jewish) just like Nazi, Adolf Hitler, who is Catholic and attended Catholic monastery school and obliterated people he didn't like (hate). In our community is St. Catherine of Sienna, Martinez, and their Catholic all-boys and all-girls schools, De La Salle and Carondelet
in Concord, California, are connected to the Oakland Diocese and they are Poping, not U.S. Constituting. Demand that the U.S. Federal Government stop them immediately!

Their Hate Act against me has been going on for almost 14 years and our laws, when applied, are in the instant (legal term).

Note: On January 13, 2020, 3 of the hostile neighbors (part of the Nazi, landlord and Martinez Police and clandestine legal system), attacked me, and the young man snatched my new-to-me iPhone from me and shattered it. I'm currently being denied a new, free government phone. My Facebook account has been compromised and as I prepare this article, the psychopathic, organized criminal government is interfering with my pc so I can't seek safety, my property, and justice for our community.

WARNING: There is a 2020 petition for a proposed ballot measure, Fairness for injured Patients Act (FIPA), which claims that the current $250,000.00 award per doctor who caused patient suffering is too little due to cost of living. That's all lies. That increase is only for doctors, lawyers, judges and their family and friends to continue to increase the amount of money they can steal from unsuspecting people by causing great bodily injuries and "playing" like nothing happened (Cruel Catholic M.O.). And then, only a very few cases are heard if it's someone they don't like or they want to make California "look", pretend that judges are protecting victims.

In my civil case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, not only was I being intentionally denied attorney representation, it was after I bravely and courageously represented myself by studying, researching and investigating while I was traumatized and trying to heal physically and mentally, I only asked for $55,000 general damages (based on money property laws) and implied, $5,000 Punitive Damages, based on a local, female client versus male veterinarian, case for Emotional Distress damages, the three women judges, Judge Barbara Zuniga (Catholic), Commissioner Judith Sanders, and Presiding Judge Mary Ann O'Malley (Catholic), unbeknownst to me, premeditated to sexually slander me and use that wicked Catholic scheme to justify destroying me, instead of applying our laws and award me fairly under property rights because our dogs are considered property, by law. Factually and legally, I did have the right to sue each veterinarian (doctor) for $250,000.00 each, and that would have put my award over a million dollars for the clandestine, volatile, diabolical and elaborate and extensive, heinous, veterinary Ponzi scheme that I proved with evidence.
