$40 Million Home Sale Lifted Broker to Top Honors

Broker Associate Dawn Thomas of Dreyfus Sotheby’s International Realty was awarded their Top Producer of 2014. She sold a $40 million dollar estate, which pushed her sales dramatically higher.

Thomas worked with international buyers for more than two years to close the deal.

Thomas is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a designation that is recognized worldwide for knowledge, competence and experience in the luxury home market.

Thomas joined Dreyfus Sotheby’s in December 2013. She has been voted Best in Silicon Valley by the San Jose Mercury News and her Silicon Valley Real Estate blog has been chosen Best Blog in Silicon Valley multiple times.

The Dawn Thomas Team focuses on the communities of Atherton, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Redwood City, Sunnyvale and Menlo Park.
