Niche, which rates everything in education, has created a list of what it considers the schools with the best teachers in Menlo Park.

According to Niche.com, the rankings are based on seven factors: academic grades, parent/student surveys on teachers, teacher absenteeism, teacher salary index, teachers in their first or second year, average teacher salary and the student-teacher ratio.

La Entrada Middle School has the best teachers in the Menlo Park area, according to the rankings. With 812 total students in the school, and a student-teacher ratio of 28:1, La Entrada Middle School had an A+ rating in teachers and A overall Niche grade.

Las Lomitas Elementary School followed in second place with a total of 568 students and a 21:1 student-teacher ratio. It was given an A+ rating in teachers and an A overall Niche grade.
