MENLO PARK, CA —Crews will be installing various amenities at four trailheads in Bedwell Bayfront Park this spring.

Two trailheads (shown here as A and F) will include an 18- x 6-foot concrete pad with a trash can, recycle bin, dog bag dispenser, bench, bike rack and park signs with rules and hours. The other trailheads (labeled B and D) will have the same amenities with the exception of a bike rack due to space restrictions.

Thanks to the Friends of Bedwell Bayfront Park, an informational sign will be relocated to the opposite side of the second trailhead entrance. The city will also move the educational storyboards near the last trailhead to provide easier access for visitors. The three storyboards at the lookout will be replaced with porcelain enamel graphic panels to withstand bad weather.
