
Caltrain has resolved a signal problem that was causing delays this morning, but a number of trains are still behind schedule, a spokeswoman said.
The problem began shortly after 8 a.m. near San Francisco, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.
As of 9:30 a.m., the problem had been fixed but a number of southbound trains were up to 23 minutes behind schedule, she said.
