City of Menlo Park: Kite Day
Come join us at this family-friendly event! Come enjoy Bedwell-Bayfront Park and fly a kite.
The City of Menlo Park: Community Services Department is holding their annual Kite Day event. Join us at Bedwell-Bayfront Park, the best place to fly a kite in Menlo Park, and enjoy a afternoon with kite flying, food, music, spin art and rockwall climbing. If the wind is just right, you might see the return of “Mega Fish”, a 46’ giant kite. Volunteers from the Menlo Park Kiwanis will barbecue the hotdogs while Menlo Park staff and volunteers will help you assemble your kite and get it up in the air. This event will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 12 PM to 3 PM.
