Dad Sued By Kids After Wife's Murder
Woodside man allegedly killed wife to cash in on her multimillion-dollar insurance policy.

Months after a Woodside man was charged with murdering his wife to cash in on her life insurance policy, his children are suing him.
Austiag Hormoz Parineh and his siblings filed suit against Pooroushasb Parineh this week for the wrongful death of their mother.
The children claim they are suffering from the loss of her emotional and financial support, according to the case they filed in San Mateo County’s Superior Court on April 11.

In April 2010, Parima Parineh died from head wounds inflicted by a handgun. Prosecutors say that her husband, , murdered her to cash in on her multimillion-dollar life insurance policy.
The children are seeking punitive damagese, that will be determined during the trial.
