Menlo Park Chamber of Commerce is co-hosting a Halloween Hoopla Saturday on Santa Cruz Avenue. You're invited to come in costume and be part of the parade that will promenade from Burgess Park to Fremont Park.
Afterward, kids can trick-or-treat at the stores downtown, or go to Fremont Park for entertainment.
Arts and crafts, live entertainers, and pumpkin weight guessing games will be there. The annual event is free and open to the public.
