Man Dies In Jump Off Menlo Park Building: Police
Emergency personnel arrived to the Jefferson Drive scene where the man made a possible attempt to take his own life, police said.

MENLO PARK, CA — Officers and fire personnel responded Thursday to the scene where a man died in a possible attempt to take his own life by jumping off the fourth floor of a building on Jefferson Drive, the police department reported at 2:10 p.m.
The Menlo Park Police Department received the 911 call at 11:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Jefferson Drive, and when the emergency crews arrived, they found the victim unresponsive. Firefighters and paramedics administered medical aid but were unable to revive the man.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

A preliminary investigation by the police department indicates there was no foul play involved in this death. The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office responded and transported the victim to the San Mateo County Hospital. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
