Play Ball, Stanford and San Francisco Fans!

Three World Championships in five years has revved-up baseball fever on the Peninsula. Add Stanford to the mix and we end up being one of the Best Baseball Cities in the nation, according to a survey by Wallet Hub.

They didn’t just look at MLB cities. They also took into account access to college ball, cost of tickets, sports bars and more.

The results--Stanford, as they labeled us, ranks No. 6 out of 272.
