Be Cautious About 3rd Party Online Bill Paying In Millbrae

Today, the City’s Finance Department received an inquiry from a resident regarding the third-party online bill paying platform doxo.com.

This site is not associated with the City of Millbrae, and the City advises residents to be cautious when using third-party bill paying services.

The City of Millbrae has never given Doxo, or any other third-party platform, permission to collect and pay water and sewer bills for residents.

The City is currently in the process of developing an online payment portal so that residents can easily pay their water and sewer bills online.

The City’s online bill paying portal will be available to all residents on April 1, 2021.

The City of Millbrae does not endorse third-party bill paying platforms and advises residents to be cautious when using them.
