SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — Numerous motorists were cited this week for various violations, namely for running stop signs and talking on cells, in a San Mateo County-wide collaborative "Saturation Traffic Enforcement Program" that focused on the towns of Millbrae and Burlingame, according to officials.
