Over the past five years, the City of Millbrae has undertaken several strategic initiatives to make City Hall more transparent and open to local residents.

From increasing public information on social media and through email to hosting community meetings on a variety of important topics, the work has gone far to ensure community members are engaged and provided with accurate and timely information. Another milestone has been reached in this effort with the release of the City’s Public Portal.
Through the Public Portal, community members can search and review digital copies of public records including City Council meeting minutes, staff reports, and resolutions. The goal of this effort is to provide the public with quick and easy access to public records and information in a digital format.
