All vaccination clinics will take place at the San Mateo County Event Center (1346 Saratoga Dr., San Mateo, CA 94403). Enter the parking lot from Saratoga Drive.
On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Pfizer vaccine will be distributed to people 16 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or bring a signed copy of the vaccination consent form found at https://www.smchealth.org/post/covid-19-vaccination-consent-form.

On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Moderna vaccine will be distributed to people 18 years of age or older.
Appointments are not required, but residents can see schedules and sign up at https://myturn.ca.gov/landing.
