Man Exposes Self To Girls Near Millbrae School: Sheriff's Dept.
The girls said the man was standing with his pants down near the school, according to San Mateo County sheriff's officials.
MILLBRAE, CA — Authorities are looking for a man they say exposed himself Tuesday morning to two female students on their way to Taylor Middle School, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office said.
The incident happened around 10:40 a.m. near the school's upper parking lot area, according to sheriff's Det. Rosemerry Blankswade. That's when the girls said they saw a man standing outside a car who had his pants down.
"The suspect had his pants pulled down to his thighs and was masturbating in front of the students," Blankswade said in a news release. "The suspect made eye contact with one of the female students but did not say anything."

The girls reported the incident to school officials.
Millbrae Police Bureau deputies searched surrounding areas and stopped by local schools, but could not locate any suspects or vehicles matching their description, Blankswade said.
The man is described as a light-skinned black or Hispanic male, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and 20-to-30 years old with a gray or white sedan, possibly a Honda.
"The Sheriff's Office encourages parents and guardians to discuss these types of scenarios with their children to have a plan in place in the event of any encounter with strangers with unknown motives," the sheriff's office said.
