The Millbrae City Council unanimously approved, with a vote of 5-0, items 5 and 6 on the consent calendar:
Item 5 – Receive and File Monthly General Fund Financial Report for the Period Ending January 31, 2021
Item 6 – Resolution Adopting the Official City Flag
Item 7 – The City Council unanimously waived the second reading and adopted an ordinance adding Section 10.5.3170 to Title 10 of the Millbrae Municipal Code, allowing the City to establish a Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee program and to continue the resolution to implement a specific plan reimbursement fee program for the MSASP to the March 9, 2020 City Council meeting
Item 8 - The City Council unanimously approved the adoption of an ordinance repealing Chapter 6.40 of the Millbrae Municipal Code and adopting a new Chapter 6.40 Regulating the use of Disposable Food Service Ware by Food Facilities and City Facilities.
Item 9 – The City Council unanimously approved the adoption of the conceptual sketch for a mural on the Millbrae Skate Park north and west walls.
Item 10 – The City Council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) for the re-conveyance of certain property interests in parcels located in the Millbrae Station Area.
Item 11 – The City Council received an information report on the status of the Parks Improvement Grant.
