Millbrae Supports K-6 STEM Education with Dot & Dash
Dot and Dash are two robots that teach elementary school-aged children how to program computers.

On Monday, July 25, Millbrae Mayor Anne Oliva will present Dot & Dash, two robots that teach elementary school-aged children how to program computers, to the Millbrae Library. Starting at 11:45 a.m. at the Millbrae Library, children will be able to interact, command and play with the robots using a picture-based computer programming language.
“Dot and Dash have introduced thousands of kids throughout the world to the world of computer programming in a fun and interactive way,” said Millbrae Mayor Anne Oliva. “I am thrilled that the City is donating Dot and Dash to the Millbrae Library so that our local youth can have the opportunity to learn and play with them.”
