Mills High Asks "What Time Is It?" As They Prepare For Summer, Graduation
Students created a video to show their excitement for the end of the school year in a very creative way.

What time is it, you ask? So does Mills High School.
Students decided to celebrate the end of the school year in the only logical way: an extensive and elaborate music video set to the tune of a Disney Channel original movie.
Set to the song “What Time Is It?” from Disney’s “High School Musical 2,” Mills kids lip sync the lyrics and perform elaborate choreography to signal the arrival of summer vacation and graduation for some. According to a release from the school, the video took a month to plan, rehearse, film and edit.

The film was made by a team of seniors looking to capture the spirit and various talents of the graduating class and their schoolmates. They chose a selection from the High School Musical franchise because most of them had grown up with the movies and were excited at the idea of briefly being in one themselves.
The video incorporates many school groups, including Leadership, dance team, drama and cheer among others. It was directed by seniors Christy Chan and Jennifer Yee, filmed by juniors Ryan Silber and Orion Huang, and edited by Yee and Silber.
