Search For Juvenile With Pellet Gun Near Mills High School
A juvenile seen with a gun near Mills High School Monday afternoon has not yet been located.

A juvenile armed with a pellet gun was reported near a high school in Millbrae on Monday afternoon, according to San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
At about 3:30 p.m., deputies received a report of a juvenile with a gun in the vicinity of Mills High School.
The juvenile was reportedly seen in a wooded area by tennis courts, located near the intersection of Millbrae and South Magnolia avenues, deputies said.

A witness reported seeing the juvenile place a handgun into his backpack, deputies said.
Deputies responded to the area and established a perimeter. A thorough search of the area was conducted, but the suspicious juvenile was not located.

A paper bag containing an Airsoft-type pellet gun was located during the search, deputies said.
The suspicious juvenile was described as a Hispanic male between 15 and 16 years old, standing about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds, deputies said.
