• The Sister Cities Commission meets Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the Millbrae Community Center.
• Monday is the first day of school in the Millbrae Elementary School District.
• The Millbrae School District Board of Education meets Monday at 7:00 p.m. at 555 Richmond Drive.
• On Saturday, the single-use carryout bag ordinance goes into effect. Retail stores will no longer be able to use single-use carryout bags.
• On Saturday and Sunday, the 42^nd Annual Millbrae Art and Wine Festival will be running between Victoria Avenue and Meadow Glen on Broadway. Don’t miss out.
