2 Marin Hotels Rank Among Tops In NorCal

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Two hotels in Marin County, Olema House Point Reyes and The Inn Above Tide in Sausalito, ranked high in Condé Nast Traveler's annual Readers’ Choice Award for Northern California's top hotels in 2019, according to the latest ratings.

More than 600,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers across the globe submitted responses rating their travel experiences.

Coming in at No. 1 in NorCal was Olema House Point Reyes, in Olema, praised by readers for its location on the outskirts of the Point Reyes National Seashore, coupled with the hotel's "24 individually appointed rooms, which include two cottages, all tout heat-warmed floors, down comforters and pillows, and artisan Americana decor."

Ranking No. 20, The Inn Above Tide, at 30 El Portal in Sausalito, is an intimate luxury, waterfront resort with suites and rooms, spectacular views and fine dining.

Also on the list and winning acclaim from the region were: North Block Hotel in Yountville; Hotel Yountville; Farmhouse Inn in Forestville; Boedega Bay Lodge in Bodega Bay; Bardessono in Yountville; Harmon Guest House in Healdsburg; Archer Hotel Napa; Las Alcobas Napa Valley in St. Helena; and MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa in Sonoma.
