Chef Brandon Jew has filed paperwork with the city expressing interest in 173 Throckmorton Ave. as the possible location for his next venture according to the report.
Jew operates the Michelin-starred Mister Jui’s in San Francisco’s Chinatown and Mamahuhu, a counter-service restaurant in the city’s Richmond District.
