The Michelin Guide restaurant announced its plans to open the San Rafael location in November on its Facebook page.
“Michelin Guide Mensho Tokyo (Menya Shono) is coming soon to San Rafael downtown, the ramen shop is the first in the U.S.A. from the chef behind the highly popular Tokyo outposts!” the restaurant wrote in its announcement.
