Public Notice: Knoll Lane Resident Wants to Add-On and Build Second Home

Although no formal hearing will be held, according to the Marin IJ, Mohamad Sadrieh wants to add 1,199 sqaure feet to his 956-square-foot home at 25 Knoll Lane in Mill Valley.

The plans also include a a second, 1,960-square-foot home at the rear of the 7,560-square-foot lot.
