Rebranded Mill Valley Library Club Sticks With British Literature

MILL VALLEY, CA — A Mill Valley library club has a new name but it’s sticking with the same genre.

A club hosted by the Mill Valley Public Library formerly known as the Jane Austen Club will now go by "The Classics."

The club will continue its focus on British literature.

The club will discuss “Vanity Fair,” by William Thackery at its next meeting Tuesday night.

This mid-19th Century masterpiece chronicles life amid the Napoleonic Wars and their aftermath.

The virtual meeting will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
