Tiburon Tavern Welcomes New Executive Chef

Annie Hongkham​ is the new executive chef at Tiburon Tavern, the signature restaurant of boutique hotel, The Lodge at Tiburon.

TIBURON, CA – Tiburon Tavern has a new executive chef. Annie Hongkham has joined the team at the signature restaurant of Tiburon's boutique hotel, The Lodge at Tiburon.

In her new role, Hongkham will oversee culinary operations for the 103-room lodge, introduce new, handcrafted dishes each season and develop unique, locally-sourced dining options for meetings, weddings and events.

Trained at the Art Institute of Houston, Hongkham brings more than 23 years of hands-on experience to the food and beverage team at The Lodge at Tiburon. She has held culinary positions at resorts including Montage Resort Laguna Beach and Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, as well as a number of restaurants and wineries in Northern California. Most recently, Hongkham opened Petaluma favorite, Chicken Pharm by The Patio Group, and served as culinary director for Chalk Hill Winery Estates and Foley Family Wines in Healdsburg.
