What's your new year resolution? Be healthier, fitter or have more energy? All theses goals start with your positive mindset!

Your health starts with a decision and choice you made. Whether you want to loose weight, gain more energy, or just want to drop some medications if it is possible, you will need to at first make your decision that you will get that particular result, then next step is to declare by telling people about your decision, then you will need to figure out the steps including a practical implementation plan. Most important is to have milestones for each step you lay out and celebrate each win, small or big, pat your shoulder tell your self you did a good job, then work on next step. For example, if you want to lose 20 bls in 3 months you will need to plan for weekly goal and daily action such as exercise time, diet plan. As you get your plan in written you can just follow the plan and get you in action. If you have challenges long the way such as health problems in pain or under stress... you will need to get help and then gradually get your plan move.
