Duplex Fire Displaces 6, Shuts Down Street In San Jose

SAN JOSE, CA — A fire at a San Jose duplex has displaced six people, including three children, and forced authorities to shut down the street, the San Jose Fire Department said Saturday.

White Road was closed between McKee Road and Eastside Drive, the fire department said. No timetable was provided for when the street would reopen.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, police said.
