Artist Karen Luk presents Manga Art Workshops for Teens in grades 7 to 12 at the Milpitas Library - first Mondays in February, March, and April at 4 pm to 5:30 pm in the Activity Room. PRE-REGISTRATION required as space is limited. Register at the Reference Desk.
