Man Accused Of Exposing Himself Arrested For Sexual Battery
Police said the man grabbed approached the victim from behind, touched her buttocks and exposed himself while recording the act.

MILPITAS, CA — Police in Milpitas have arrested a man in connection with a sexual battery that occurred earlier this week. Tony Pullings III, 26, of Texas, was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of sexual battery and indecent exposure, according to the Milpitas Police Department. On Saturday at 3:24 p.m., a man followed a 28-year-old woman into the Dollar Tree at 251 Ranch Drive.
As she was shopping, the man approached the woman from behind, touched her buttocks and exposed his genitals while recording the act, police said. The woman screamed and ran out of the store. The man fled the area in a silver Buick.
On Wednesday, a Milpitas police officer located a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle's description parked at an Extended Stay of America hotel at 330 Cypress Drive. Pullings was located inside the vehicle, and the officer recognized him as the suspect in the battery case. He was arrested without incident.
