At Risk San Jose Man Reported Missing: CHP

SAN JOSE, CA — A 76-year-old man with a medical condition has been reported missing in San Jose on Monday afternoon.

Ming Quan Yang was last seen at about 5 a.m. in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said. The CHP did not specify his most recent location, and said his medical condition can cause him to become disoriented.

He is bald, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown eyes and was wearing a black jacket, khaki pants, brown shoes and a black hat.

Anyone who sees Yang or knows his location is asked to call 911.
