Sunset From The Vineyard: Photo Of The Day

MILPITAS, CA — It is the best of all worlds. Wine tasting at the boutique vineyard where the grapes are grown, crushed and aged. Sunset over a valley with San Francisco Bay in the background, and a lone silhouetted tree in the foreground.

Bobbie Chavarria snapped this photo as she was savoring life at Big Dog Vineyards in the hills above Milpitas. She calls the tree, "my favorite tree to photograph."

Saturday nights at Big Dog usually include live music to enjoy with your wine. They're also celebrating a white dessert wine release later this month. Wine tastings are held on Saturday and Sunday.
