Suspicious Man Approached Girl At Calaveras Hills High School
The teenager was in the school parking lot when a man in a gray vehicle pulled up and asked for her name. He remains at large.
MILPITAS, CA — Officers are reminding parents to be vigilant on the whereabouts of their children following a suspicious man approaching a student in the parking lot of Calaveras Hills High School and asking for her name on Wednesday morning, the Milpitas Police Department reported.
The student refused and the male drove away in a gray vehicle with red-accented rims. The girl immediately reported the incident to a school staffer and the police, which responded to the 8:30 a.m. call.
The man was described as an east Indian male about 30-40 years-old, with a dark complexion and accent. Police officers searched for the man was not located and his intent in talking with the student is unknown.
