Dishes include the Big Bad Lobo (two beef patties, two cheddar slices, a fried egg and guacamole served on bacon waffle buns) and a spring salad (red and yellow peppers, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta, romaine and mixed greens with citrus dressing).
• A Bite Truck: Fusion dishes like bison chili, ragout of lamb and Modelo-steamed mussels characterize this Orange County-based food truck.
