Conscientious Comfort Food Truck at Trabuco High Wednesday

Four food trucks are coming to Trabuco Hills High Wednesday night.

This week the Lobos Truck joins some frequent favorites from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Trabuco Hills High.

The Lobos Truck prides itself on using farm-to-table policies to keep food fresh and locally sourced. Learn more below.

  • The Lobos Truck: They call themselves comfort food with a conscience, meaning they serve lots of local, organic food and plenty of veggie options. Dishes include the Big Bad Lobo (two beef patties, two cheddar slices, a fried egg and guacamole served on bacon waffle buns) and a spring salad (red and yellow peppers, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta, romaine and mixed greens with citrus dressing).
  • A Bite Truck: Fusion dishes like bison chili, ragout of lamb and Modelo-steamed mussels characterize this Orange County-based food truck.
  • Stuff It Burgers: Here's how they explain their concept: "We decided to infuse the burger and stuff it with various ingredients, from spinach, to cheese, to pastrami, to chili."
  • Street Foods Co: A trolley serving Mexican food like blue crab burritos and toasty taco bites.
