Food Trucks: Garlic, Lobster and Grilled Cheese

If you love to try new food, you'll want to read this. Trabuco Hills High hosts food trucks Wednesday night from 5 to 8. Here are some details about each truck:

• Calbi BBQ: A Mexican food/Korean BBQ mashup in the Kogi style. Look for short rib tacos, kimchi quesadillas and tofu burritos.
• Cousins Maine Lobster: This place is all about fresh Maine lobster. They serve lobster rolls, lobster bisque, lobster tacos and, yes, you guessed right, lobster tails.
• Garlic Scapes: Garlic scapes are the shoots that garlic bulbs continuously sprout as they grow. So Garlic Scapes food truck is for serious garlic lovers. Garlic sausage, garlic potatoes, garlic brats. You get the idea.
• The Grilled Cheese Truck: If you can name a way to melt cheese on bread, they've probably done it. Sandwiches include the Buffalo Chicken Melt (habanero jack and crumbled bleu cheese with spicy roasted Buffalo chicken and celery coleslaw) and the Cheesy Mac and Rib (macaroni and sharp cheddar with BBQ pork and caramelized onions).
