Huge Sinkhole Disrupts Ladera Ranch Traffic On Labor Day
Drivers reacted to the large sinkhole that appeared in Ladera Ranch on Monday.

LADERA RANCH, CA —Orange County Sheriff's Department roped off a deep sinkhole discovered at the intersection of Crown Valley and Antonio, Monday.
OCSD told drivers that the sinkhole was approximately 6-feet deep and located in the center of the intersection, according to the South Orange County Sheriff's Department Facebook page.
One driver shared her husband's experience, before the roping off of the sinkhole.

"My husband ran over this today," Chrystie Muncy wrote on Facebook. "He was on the inside lane and hit his right front wheel/tire. It was so loud it scared him, and me!"
Repair crews were in the area at approximately 3:30 p.m. Monday.
