La Paz Road To Close Nightly At I-5 For 2 Weeks

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Mission Viejo drivers should expect delays during the next two weeks during nightly closures of La Paz Road at the I-5.

In a news release, the City of Mission Viejo said the roadway will close nightly between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. from March 22 to April 2.

During the closure, crews will work to remove temporary structures that were set up for the new northbound I-5 loop on-ramp bridge.

Delays should be expected, the city said. Drivers should plan alternate routes and avoid the area if possible.
