RANCHO MISSION VIEJO, CA — A storage facility business in Rancho Mission Viejo this week was the first business to open its doors in the recently completed Patrones Business Park, Capistrano Dispatch reports.

SmartStop Esencia Storage Facility is the first of many businesses coming to the park, according to the Dispatch. Other incoming businesses include a swim academy, dog training facility and pet spa.
