Sheriff's Deputy Crashes Into Car at Stoplight
Paramedics took deputy to Mission Hospital for leg injuries.

An Orange County sheriff's deputy on a motorcycle crashed into the rear of a car stopped at a red light and suffered a minor leg injury today.
The accident on southbound Marguerite Parkway at Audi Center Drive, just north of Avery Parkway, occurred about 8:40 a.m. Paramedics took the deputy to Mission Hospital with injuries to his left leg, according to Orange County Sheriff's Lt. Mike Peters and the California Highway Patrol.
CHP Officer Chris Goodwin said the deputy braked to avoid a stopped
Toyota Camry, clipped the left side of the bumper and went down. No one in the car was hurt.
